Lyft is a ride-sharing service that looks like a taxi and has received support from many large corporations. As a result, America First Legal, a conservative legal group, asked the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to launch a civil rights investigation into Lyft’s abortion supporting policies, as Breitbart reported.
Lyft was one of the many companies that announced their continued support for abortion earlier this year. Here’s a tweet from it’s CEO.

Lyft’s baby-killing motives are being pounded by many groups and individuals.
AFL reportedly lodged a complaint about Lyft with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Thursday.
The company’s decision to provide ‘coverage for an elective abortion and reimbursement for travel costs’—which is properly classified both as compensation and/or as a privilege of employment—to a pregnant woman who chooses to abort her child, while denying any equivalent compensation or benefit to a pregnant woman who chooses life, facially violates the statute.
AFL is a wonderful organization. Although there are plenty of companies that provide ample care and PTO for abortions, few offer extra care or PTO to mothers who decide to live. It is more cost-effective to terminate a pregnancy and allow a woman to continue to work than to pay for proper prenatal or maternity care. Although the hypocrisy of this is obvious, it also seems unsurprising.
AFL was low key savage in it’s complaint but spewed straight facts. Stephen Miller, President:
Lyft has engaged in egregious violations of federal civil rights law, discriminating against both pregnant mothers and Americans who do not satisfy Lyft’s racial preferences. This race-based and pregnancy-based discrimination is flatly, manifestly illegal — and thus we are today filing this federal civil rights complaint. We are not going to tolerate bigotry.
Miller was spot-on. There’s a growing list of companies on the wrong side of history — the side that encourages the slaughter of the unborn. Tactics and practices like Lyft is spewing is a form of “discrimination against women who bear children.”
Breitbart also mentioned that AFL sent a letter to Lyft CEO, Logan Green “in anticipation of litigation.” It’s on sucker!
Hopefully the investigation will in fact take place and Lyft’s discriminatory practices will be terminated.
