Inflation Reduction Act does not include dumping large amounts of money into IRS in order to create 87,000 additional agents. As we reported, the CBO assessment determined that the IRS provision projects they’re going to get $20 billion from going after the people making under $400,000. So we know it’s a lie that they’re only going to be pursuing “billionaires.” Of course, this is just one more lie from Joe Biden that is going to hit the middle and lower class.
But that’s not the only thing we have to be concerned about now, as a new story that hit on Friday revealed. Lois Lerner’s targeting of conservatives. Someone just illegally accessed/leaked the tax documents of donors to Nikki Haley’s non-profit Stand for America. Politico received the document and was able to print some names of donors.
Haley Team moved to end pubication of this story with an attorney @olmikester writing in a cease and desist that Politico “was not authorized to receive the confidential tax return information, nor is Politico entitled to print, publish, or even retain it.”https://t.co/z0ge5DIbpz

Stand For America, like other non-profits, files an IRS tax return each year. The filings must be made public by both the IRS and the nonprofit. They also need to include the amount of donations received. However, nonprofits are not required to reveal the identity of donors.
However, the organization Documented, which describes itself as a nonpartisan government watchdog that investigates money in politics, obtained an unredacted copy of Stand For America’s 2019 filings, which it then shared with POLITICO. Although the group didn’t share the source file, it does have a stamp from New York State Attorney General.
They are printing illegally accessed/leaked data. These are tax documents they know to be confidential and cannot have been legally obtained. Why isn’t Twitter stopping the spread of this information that’s illegally obtained material? This is the reason they stopped the Hunter Biden laptop story. But of course, they’re not stopping this.
Again, the action is intended to harm a Republican. It’s funny how targeting only one party in such actions seems to be the case. And if you think there aren’t going to be more IRS leaks, you haven’t been following along. Lois Lerner was the first, now comes the FBI bias. There’s also another potential place that it might have been leaked from: The charity stamp might be an indication that it came out of the NY AG’s office. Democrat AG Letitia James ran on a platform of trying to get President Donald Trump, so we know that she’s not exactly a fan of Republicans or of acting objectively.
Haley replied to illegal activities by saying that enough was enough.
Disclosure @StandForAmerica‘s confidential tax return isn’t just a violation of state & federal law—it is meant to intimidate conservative donors.
Liberals ALWAYS used gov’t to defeat conservatives.
Republicans were too friendly for too many years. Here’s the final straw. https://t.co/GpDCnW8ajZ

It might not be enough if people are held responsible for such actions. Lerner wasn’t held accountable in the past, so likely the person behind this thinks they’re not going to face any action from the Biden Administration. They’re likely right.

So with Nikki Haley’s private documents, the story is the content. But with Ashley Biden’s diary or Hunter Biden’s laptop, the story is how they were obtained? Are you sure? https://t.co/P4PWSyBteB

Illegality that hurts a Republican can always be tolerated, so there’s no need to worry about those IRS agents.
