Colin Kaepernick Returns to Remind Us That Wokeness Is a Mental Disorder – Opinion

Colin Kaepernick’s new Netflix special is out! Yeah, me neither, but a clip was released, and it’s proof positive that wokeness is a mental disorder.

You can see Kaepernick jogging around a set that resembles a slave market with chains attached to his feet. The former San Francisco 49ers quarterback claims that the NFL training camp is similar to the slave trade. Before paying millions to you for a single game, they will poke, prod, or examine you.

A few weeks ago, my doctor said that it felt like I was in slavery.

This is absurdity on a level that’s hard to diagnose. Is this true belief? Do he really believe this nonsense? Or is he just a greedy CEO who loves to get lots of cash from them? It’s probably both.

There are many jobs that need to be performed before an individual can apply. Does the military have any similarities to slavery? Consider becoming a pilot. To renew my FAA medical I was required to take a drink and have an extensive physical. Are I like a slave right now?

Let’s think even more critically, though. The real sports, i.e. Not chess, real sports are a way to measure your physical abilities. There is a lot that goes into the mental side of playing in the NFL, but at the end of the day, if you can’t throw the ball more than 30 yards and have terrible footwork, you can’t play quarterback (or really any other position). That’s not discriminatory. That’s common sense.

For many reasons, physicals are done by teams before players go to training camp. Before any new contracts are signed, it is necessary to ensure that everyone involved in the process of signing a contract must be healthy. For safety purposes, long-term agreements must be approved before players can participate. A player may try to get a start spot by lying about an injury. While Kaepernick likens it to slavery in some ways, the reality is that players are being protected by their teams.

I really don’t think this guy is mentally well, and there’s something gross about the fact that people keep feeding into his nonsense. Netflix will make more from the special than Kaepernick, but at what point can it be considered exploitative? However, wakefulness is a terrible thing for the brain.
