Former Baltimore SunBrian Stelter’s media reporter David Zurawik regularly appears on Brian Stelter’s Sources of reliability This is partly due to his shameless hatred for Trump and Fox News, but also his blind adoration for liberal-media celebrities.
On Sunday’s show, Zurawik displayed his tilt by insisting Chris Cuomo did a “terrific job” for CNN, and confessed “I have separation anxiety” about Brian Williams leaving his MSNBC show. Lara Logan, Fox’s anchor is a drug addict.
We can only guess that Stelter was pleased and will continue to rotate him. It was the first time that Stelter got to smolox ethically corrupt Democrats.
STELTER: Zurawik. How do you see this landscape changing suddenly with Cuomo’s departure?
ZURAWIK That’s what I meant. He did an amazing job. He was viewed by nearly a million viewers per night.In the most difficult primetime slot, he was very competitive. CNN was dealing with him in a complex way, as he had been so successful performing in this time slot.
Hear, what am I missing? I suffer from separation anxiety over Brian. It’s MSNBC butBecause it is so important, I feel separation anxiety over Brian Williams’ departure at 11:00. It’s a sad time for this media, and I have no idea what it means.
The “laugh track”, to prove Cuomo’s “competitiveness” in ratings, is welcome. The Detroit Lions are “competitive” in this way. Zurawik has become so mad at Fox, he will ignore headlines like: “Fox News Nabs Top 100 Most-Viewed Cable Telecasts.” Or that Sean Hannity receives about 3 million viewers to Cuomo’s amount of “almost a thousand.”
Stelter and Zurawik both say they respect professionalism in media. Yet, they have deepest sympathy for Brian Williams. Williams shouldn’t be rewarded with an MSNBC program after being exposed to be a serial liar over his exploits in war zones and hurricanes.
Stelter then asked Zurawik if Lara Logan was on “time out” after discussing Dr. Fauci and Dr. Mengele. That outburst was bad, but since when does CNN get to promenade about Nazi comparisons when it has thrown that mud routinely?? On his show, Stelter let a guest say Donald Trump would kill more people than Hitler, Stalin, and Mao combined!
ZURAWIK – This was someone who was an exceptional journalist and a huge star. The greatest and most significant TV journalism productions in history. 60 Minutes.She’s not relevant anymore, she has moved to the margins, and Lauren Boebert and others on the extreme right have adopted the Donald Trump playbook.
This is akin to drug addiction. You have to become worse, uglier, nastier and more nastier. And they continue doing this.
Now, she’s part. This is not sad. It’s disgraceful. Fox is not commenting or decrying these comments is more scandalous and just as shameful. It is disrespectful for all those who will — and many of them died in the horrors of the Holocaust. However, this is our state. Our political, and in some cases journalistic, Fox has fallen.
People should forget about that. 60 MinutesThis was more than Dan Rather’s Fake Bush News. It was also a forum for Democratic politicians.
