Biden COVID Tests Will Finally Be Available, but There’s a Small Problem – Opinion

We’ve been covering all the lies and twists and turns of the Biden team’s promises when it comes to COVID tests.

We wanted to let you know that COVIDtests.gov has been launched by the Biden Administration. This website allows you to order COVID kits and have them delivered free of charge to your house. But you wouldn’t be able to order any until next week, Jan. 19.

As with any matter involving Biden there are certain caveats.

The first is that you can only have four testing per household. If you have more people than you can count or need to take more tests than four, then you might be out of luck.

The White House added that it will prioritize orders and send tests first to “households experiencing the highest social vulnerability and in communities that have experienced a disproportionate share of COVID-19 cases and deaths, particularly during this omicron surge.”

They will usually ship first-class within 7-12 business days after your order, which is what I find somewhat amazing. Notice that says “ship” — not even deliver necessarily. The purpose of the test is to determine if someone has the virus. If they do, then you may be finished with it. You’re not getting it in any kind of a timely manner. This makes the method obsolete.

It was immediately noticed by people.

What that will mean is that once people realize that, they will pre-order the tests and crash the site once it opens, which isn’t how you’re supposed to be using the tests. So I wouldn’t bet on even the estimated 7-12 days to start with. The tests are supposed to be used if people have cause/reason/symptoms — not just for people to randomly test themselves. Of course there are always scams and people who shanghai others for their profit.

Although there is much to be questioned about the usefulness of tests, they could have been more focused on effective treatments. But they’re screwing that up too , with their inability to meet the situation without dumb rules. They should have formed a partnership to provide testing services for their customers. This would have been the easiest thing.

If you click around on their site, you can also learn how to become a part of the “COVID community corp” to propagandize the religion to folks to get vaccinated and boosted. They’re even reaching out to high school kids, 16 years old and up, to proselytize to their fellow students.

So, here’s a small prediction. I will see you again on Jan. 19th, when we’ll discuss the many problems that the site has. These are the Obamacare folks, and I have a feeling I’m not the only one with a long memory of that debacle.
