Behar Predicts Doocy to Be ‘Fired’ By Fox for Acting Like the Adult to Biden’s Insult

Even with Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy being a class act and asking everyone to “move on” from President Biden calling him a “stupid son of bitch,” the cackling coven on ABC’s The View kicked off Tuesday’s show by suggesting Doocy got what was coming to him because he asks “endless stupid questions,” with unhinged co-host Joy Behar predicting Doocy would be “fired pretty soon” for acting like an adult in response to Biden’s childishness.

Behar says that Doocy will be fired if he doesn’t play the victim or acts like it is a threat to his life.

BEHAR: He’s forgiving himself and I fear he’ll lose his Fox job.

HOSTIN: No, no. The President has apologized.

BEHAR: No, I’m talking about Doocy rather. He said – I’m sorry I misspoke. Doocy says, “It’s good. I’m thankful that Biden apologized.” And he’s not clutching his pearls and yelling about it. And he’ll be fired pretty soon.

You must have misunderstood Fox News as CNN, Doocy with Jim Acosta.

Behar had She was a young woman. outburst against Doocy last week when she mocked his name as Peter “Douchey.”

As she was leading into the discussion, co-host Whoopi Goldberg boasted that Biden has a “His history of calling out things as he sees. Yesterday he did exactly that” when he insulted Doocy. And following a couple of clips of Biden’s insult and Doocy brushing it off, Goldberg suggested the latter got what he deserved, asking, “Sometimes people are willing to give you what you want. or shouldn’t get it back?”

The most civil person on the set was returning former co-host Lisa Ling who was very disappointed with Biden and thought he should “apologize to the American people.”

“He name called,” she said. “And I just think, as a mom to young kids, these are the people who should be setting examples for our kids. Yet more examples of men behaving badly and mothers eventually having to clean it up because it’s giving license to kids.”

This prompted a flurry of comments about former President Trump. “But, what I appreciate is that he called and he apologized. That’s something that we would have never heard the former, twice impeached, disgraced president of this country do,” co-host Sunny Hostin declared.

Ling was relentless in correctly insisting Biden was the problem in the situation; this caused Goldberg to get a little prickly as she defended Biden by arguing it was a “human” response to Doocy’s “There are endless dumb questions.”

“And I think that, for me, is the representation of what a human being, as president, should be,” she proclaimed.

WHOOPI Goldbergg: Joe Biden was known for calling out things as he sees them long before he became President. He did that yesterday when Fox News reporter Peter Doocy added a final question to the close of a press conference.

GOLDBERG Is this just politics? Is it possible for people to just let you get it the way that you want it?

LISA LING: It’s unlikely to be politics as usual, but I do hope so. Right?

[Crosstalk in agreement]

Joe Biden’s election was possible because of his past of being an unruly cannon. He was believed to be able to restore civility in the office. And so, you know, it’s not like he just dismiss it as a dumb question. He called. These are my thoughts as a mother to children under the age of five. There are many more instances of bad behavior by men and moms eventually have to correct it.

SUNNY HOSTIN : I totally agree. This is kind of a violation of the dignity of the presidency. What I do appreciate about him is his apology. This is something we wouldn’t have heard from the disgraced former president of this nation, who was twice impeached.

LING: That’s right, but I believe he ought to apologize to all. Peter Doocy is not the only one to whom he should apologize.

JOY BEAR: He’s going out of work at Fox after he apologizes.

LING: I just think he should acknowledge that he was a poor example for –

GOLDBERG: Well, but, no, I’m sorry. GOLDBERG: But, but, no. He needs to admit that he is human. Sometimes people will ask you stupid questions and you may lose your ability to answer them. The difference is he said, “Okay, let me call him and apologize because that happens.” And I think that, for me, is the representation of what a human being, as president, should be.
