Twitter Allows Iranian Death Threat Against Trump

Twitter was criticised after it permitted a purported Iranian government account, which threatened former President Trump’s life.

Twitter’s failure to remove the posting was condemned by lawmakers.

“So the leftist Oligarchs on Twitter will allow you to [guard corps]To tweet death threats against President Trump, but deplatform him because he called for peaceful protest? Rep. Greg Steube, R., Fla. told the Free Beacon. “Last time I checked, death threats are inciting violence.”

Steube was referring to Twitter’s policy banning violent content.

Rep. Pat Fallon, R. Texas (Rep.) stated that the platform did not follow its policies.

“In Twitter’s safety rules and polices, they say, ‘You may not threaten violence against an individual or a group of people.’ Why is Iran the largest sponsor of terrorist acts, and allowed to threaten President Donald Trump with his death? Fallon asked the question according to The Free Beacon. Twitter isn’t the only one censoring conservatives. Now, they allow Iran’s Armed Forces to make death threats at a former President.  Twitter should reconsider their policies and remove the tweet immediately.
