I regret to inform you that the mainstream media is really upset at the “vulgarity” being shown toward Joe Biden in public lately. That specifically entails the popularity of the phrase “Let’s go, Brandon,” a joke that originated after a sports reporter attempted to cover for an anti-Biden chant at a NASCAR race. If you haven’t seen that hilarious video, you can check it out by clicking here.
The Washington Post published a detailed report about this phenomenon, as well as other insults directed at Biden.

To preface this, I’m not the type of person to yell vulgarities at a president or anyone else. I am not writing this article to defend the people who have chosen to do such things. I’m not a fan of it for largely religious reasons, and that’s my personal choice. However, it is a right that others have under the Constitution.
But I’m not here to argue what constitutes indecent behavior. Instead, it’s the hypocrisy that is the issue, which the media have exposed in great detail here. Did they still live during Donald Trump’s years? It’s because I don’t recall any outrage over the numerous horrible comments made about Trump, his supporters and Republicans generally.
Heck, the press lauded a woman who flipped off Trump’s motorcade so much that she eventually won a seat on her local county board. Anti-Trump demonstrators also wore Trump’s naked costumes, with very small genitalia. They then burned the president in effigy and set up guillotines mocking his execution. Yelling “**** Trump” became a rallying cry on the left, from the most fringe to the mainstream. I won’t post pictorial evidence here, but I don’t think any fair-minded person would deny that stuff happened.
It is not something I remember ever hearing the media complain about during Trump’s presidency. They are now deeply worried when a harmless saying becomes viral. Consider my extremely skeptical there’s any actual care about decorum here. Further, the two signs cited in the Post’s article also didn’t include vulgarities.
This article’s two sign are: one that compares him with the scarecrow in Wizard of Oz; and another which sarcastically thanks him for his kindness, without any vulgarities. https://t.co/Z9TlaxjPd5

It’s possible to chalk it all up as another attempt by partisans to defend Biden. We all have memories long enough to know that they didn’t care one iota about vulgar protests — when it was the bad orange man in the crosshairs. The fact that they “care” now is nothing but political convenience, and no one is buying it.
