The AP’s ‘Real Reason’ Republicans Oppose Ketanji Brown Jackson’s Nomination Is Just Ridiculous – Opinion

Ketanji brown Jackson, the nominee for Biden’s Supreme Court is refusing to define. “woman“ because she’s “not a biologist.” Never mind that she supports lax sentences with no legal minimums for child porn offenders. When Ted Cruz, a Texas senator confronted her about Critical Race Theory support she was able to lie her face off.

Remember that Jackson is one of the most radical SCOTUS nominations to have ever appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Her views and positions can be anathematic for conservatives all across America.

Never mind “all of the above,” and more.

According to the Associated Press — self-defined as “the definitive source for independent journalism from every corner of the globe” —  the Real reason Republicans oppose KBJ and all she stands for is that she “brings too much empathy to the job.” No, really.

As the AP appears to disappointedly see it, KBJ will not be confirmed with a “robust bipartisan vote.” Okay. After hours of baseless, Democrat attacks against Brett Kavanaugh and later, Amy Coney Barrett, the Republican-controlled Senate confirmed both nominees 50-48 along mainly party lines, so we’re “even.”

The AP then trumpeted KBJ’s Record of academic achievement calling her SCOTUS nomination “long overdue” — totally ignoring her record and experience — before “revealing” the ridiculous “Jackson brings too much empathy to the job” schtick. The real question is: AP? Too much empathy? whom?

Children who are victims of predators or predators? Males who “identify” as females and proceed to kick the hell out of female competitors in women’s sports? Unborn children, or the “birthing person” — I had to toss that in — who chooses abortion over “birthing”? Please, with the “empathy” nonsense.

And of course, claims AP, this isn’t the first time empathy has “been wielded as a disqualifying weapon against a nominee for the high court.” Make that For women “tapped for the bench,” as opposed to males. Oh, really? What happened the last time it was? Facts, please.

Such a fuss by the legacy media over the whole “women” vs. “men” thing — when the SCOTUS nominee herself isn’t qualified to define “woman” because she isn’t a biologist. Liberals. People can be very confusing.
