We’ve been telling you some of the very bad aspects of the new Iran Deal that Joe Biden is negotiating. It’s worse than the prior deal. They have Russia involved in negotiating the deal and they’re lifting all kinds of sanctions on the bad guys in Iran. Even the Russian negotiator boasted about Iran’s performance in the agreement, saying that it was far better than expected.
It gets worse.
Russian and Iranian documents translated for the Washington Free Beacon show that Rosatom, Russia’s leading energy company, has a $10 billion contract with Iran’s atomic energy organization to expand Tehran’s Bushehr nuclear plant. Russia and Biden confirmed that Tuesday’s new nuclear accord includes carveouts which will allow both Iran and Russia to lift sanctions.
It was also confirmed by the Biden administration.
“We, of course, would not sanction Russian participation in nuclear projects that are part of resuming full implementation of the JCPOA,” State Department spokesman Ned Price confirmed on Tuesday, referring to the original 2015 nuclear accord.
Sergei Lavrov almost seems to agree with it.
Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says that Moscow has received guarantees from the US on its ability to trade with Tehran as part of ongoing talks to salvage the Iran nuclear deal.
“We received written guarantees. They are included in the text of the agreement itself on the resumption of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action on the Iranian nuclear program,” Lavrov tells reporters during a press conference with his Iranian counterpart in Moscow.
Trump sanctions on Iran had prevented Russians from receiving the money in this deal. If this is approved, Russia will immediately receive $500 million. There are billions more. To help build a nuclear facility. This is amazing.
U.S. lawmakers are calling the deal a “sanctions evasion hub.”
How much are Russia’s sanctions worth when you already have the benefits of all those carveouts. The Biden team claims they’re cutting them off and they’re making Russia a pariah. even as they’re handing them tons of money like this. They’re undermining their own claimed effort to cut Russia off.
Biden is willing to do anything for the agreement, much like Barack Obama, even though the deal is terrible. We are not only getting rid of sanctions against Russia and Iran, but we also get no guarantee of any kind. That’s a question that lawmakers need to go ballistic on here.
Gabriel Noronha, a former State Department official who warned about the dangers of the deal said that it must be stopped.
“Providing Rosatom a guaranteed $10 billion lifeline right now is just another example of how this administration is undermining all its anti-Russia rhetoric with hidden technical concessions that keep Putin and his cronies’ companies afloat,” Noronha said. “It’s got to stop.”
Take a look at the implications for China. We’re currently telling China to stop engaging with Russia. China examines the situation and decides that they have no choice but to accept concessions from America in the middle of war.

This is insane.
