Story of 10-Year-Old Rape Victim Who Received Abortion Just Added Another Twist About Alleged Rapist – Opinion

Many twists and turns have occurred in the tale of the 10-yearold girl, who was allegedly raped and taken to Indiana in order to get an abortion.

Now there’s yet another one and this one is raising even more questions.

A Fox News report claims that Gerson Fuentes from Guatemala, an illegal alien who was charged with the crime of rape, is listed in the Indiana abortionist’s report as a minor.

According to Dr. Caitlin Bern, the accused rapist was 17 years of age in an Indiana Department of Health filing obtained by Fox News Digital on Thursday. Ohio police charged Gerson Fuentes from Guatemala aged 27, with rape.

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost stated Wednesday that Fuentes had confessed the crime and provided evidence to Columbus Police Department investigators.

So, why was his age shown as minor? Is it possible that the doctor entered the incorrect age? Even more troubling is the fact that this raises questions regarding what happened in this extremely disturbing case.

As we previously reported, the mother is now claiming that her daughter was “fine” and “everything they say about [Gerson Flores] is a lie,” according to a Telemundo reporter who tried to ask her questions about the matter.

Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita currently investigates the matter.

Bernard’s attorney is claiming that she didn’t break any laws concerning this matter and that she has not been disciplined by her employer.

“My client, Dr. Caitlin Bernard, took every appropriate and proper action in accordance with the law and both her medical and ethical training as a physician,” Bernard’s lawyer Kathleen DeLaney said in a statement to Fox News Digital. “She followed all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations in this case, just as she does every day to provide the best possible care for her patients.”

“She has not violated any law, including patient privacy laws, and she has not been disciplined by her employer,” DeLaney continued. “We are considering legal action against those who have smeared my client, including Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita, and know that the facts will all come out in due time.”

The investigation will hopefully uncover the truth behind the apparent disparity in the report.
