J.K.Rowling has done what relatively few people in the history of earth have done…she’s become an international icon.
Millions of people have been inspired by her story of a little boy who was abandoned and rejected, but had a special purpose. Harry PotterFans over the years and helped to create a phenomenon worldwide that is still being enjoyed by many. Star WarsShakespeare and Rowling in public imagination. Fans have found an escape from their own lives, and even hope, in the stories that have poured out from Rowling’s mind. She has almost been a spiritual guide to her fans who are dedicated. She has made the worlds that she created feel just like it. They worlds.
It may seem silly to those of us who aren’t really on the Harry Potter train, but it isn’t uncommon for people to find great comfort in art. Rowling’s work has filled a lot of empty hearts, and that’s meaningful.
This is why Harry Potter fans, particularly those in liberal media, have taken Rowling’s personal politics so…well…personally. The multi-millionaire writer has been extremely vocal in defense of womanhood in the face of a perplexing, growing assault on women’s rights by the transgender lobby.
It began to take on a wide public controversy when she objected to the description of women as “people who menstruate” in an article about supporting women in poverty.

Rowling was criticized and continues to be hammered by the Internet mobs. But Rowling hasn’t backed down. In fact, she’s doubled down. Rowling held dialogues with lesbians to address their concerns about being forced to have sexual relations with lesbians and biological men who are female. Rowling, who is a self-declared gay friend, has stated repeatedly that her loyalty to science and biology as well as the gay community has supported.
This U.K.-based journalist has millions in her pocket and the opportunity to be a successful professional for the rest of their lives. Her advantage over others in speaking out is that she doesn’t have a livelihood to lose. That’s a good thing, but some of her fans have decided that being financially secure should make her quieter, not louder.
Transgender activists have made a huge effort to suppress science and commonsense. Their ideology is uncompromising and ruthless. You can either accept women as men or label them inhumane. The #MeToo movement gave voice to women and feminists made great strides to ensure women’s voices are heard. However, our value seems to be limited by the needs of men.
It shouldn’t be considered “brave” or even “violent” to speak up in favor of womanhood. It shouldn’t make someone an outlier just for pointing out biology. It is not scientifically proven that gender exists. This has been true throughout human history. Women have vaginas and men have penises and altering those organs does not change one’s gender. This is absurd. The fact that a woman of Rowling’s intelligence and accomplishment must defend her very humanity just for pointing out gender is absurd.
Rowling is not a conservative. She’s a proud liberal, an ally of the gay rights movement, and she’s also made many people extremely rich with her creativity. These people have, in turn abandoned all they knew about her generosity and character in favor of ideologic shunning.
Rowling’s fight against the erasure of womanhood has prompted some members of the cult of gender ideology to ask why she can’t just take her money and fade away. Why can’t she just shut up? A Twitter user summarized the frustrations of this situation in this tweet.
“JK Rowling really could have just remained a wealthy, beloved author for the rest of her life. Twitter was her choice. Incredible.”
Rowling didn’t choose Twitter. Rowling is, literally, the most well-known person in the world. What would she have to gain by becoming a “Twitter celebrity?”
J.K.Rowling chose a legacy over a social media platform. Twitter fame was not what she chose. Harry Potter fandom. In times of extreme strife, she made the most risky choice.
