School District Hires ‘Antiracist’ Consultants to Ask Parents if Kids Are Taught Enough About Racism – Opinion

America! At least in Mayland’s Montgomery County Public Schools.

The Loudoun County School Board in Virginia was attacked by angry parents over several issues.

Now, in 2022, a Maryland school district is paying an “antiracist” consulting firm nearly $1 million to ask parents if their six-year-old children were being taught (programmed) EnoughAbout racism in school. This should sink in.

As reported by Washington Free Beacon, the survey — a copy of which was obtained by WFB — asks Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) parents to rate the district’s “antiracism” curricula.

Questions 7 to 8 are read (emphasis mine).

7. My child needs to be taught how to recognise, understand and communicate with others. interrupt racism.

8. My son is learning about the Racism can have negative consequencesIn their classes.

Parents were asked to rate their answers, from “strongly agree” to “disagree,” “agree,” “strongly agree,” and “don’t know.” In addition, the survey contains various text boxes with the heading: “If you have any thoughts or comments related to the items in this section, please type them in the text box below.”

The survey asks parents if they believe their children are being “taught about the negative effects of racism in their classes” and whether school libraries “represent people of diverse races, skin colors, ethnicities, and cultures.” They left out this part: “by radical leftists with destructive narratives who want to Our children are our best friends to change America as we know it.”

As noted by WFB, the survey is just the latest result of a years-long partnership between MCPS and the Mid-Atlantic Equity Consortium (MAEC), a prominent “antiracist” consulting group. From 2020 onwards, MCPS has deviated almost 1 million in taxpayer funds to the firm to boost its “antiracist” credentials, according to documents obtained by Parents Defending Education.

Shades of “The Godfather”?  Buying “protection,” MCPS?

WFB quoted former Montgomery County school administrator Dee Reuben, who said parents are “livid” over the clear indoctrination program. Keep in mind that children as young as six years old can be indoctrinated.

They’re spending so much funding on this, and test scores are down. The parents are furious. I hear this every day—parents are afraid to speak out because they’re afraid of the repercussions that will happen to their kids. Academics is going down the tube, and I think that is a shame considering we were one of the top school systems around—it breaks my heart.

Reuben is right, and this is insane — just like it’s insane You can find it all over America. And don’t be fooled: school system after school system continues to lie, claiming they don’t teach Critical Race Theory. It is total crap.

Young children are being programmed without the words “critical race theory” even used, including in my conservative home state of Indiana. Sister Toldjah from my home state of Indiana in November wrote about the misleading tactics found in the Hoosier State.

Reuben heads up United Against Racism in Education, a group comprised of Montgomery County parents, teachers, and community leaders who are concerned with the district’s misuse of taxpayer funds to promote critical race theory. United Against Racism in Education is one of several groups across the country that calls on schools to spend less time pushing “equity” and more time on education.

Think about it. Spend taxpayer money on public education for funding Public education.

According to WFB’s data, Montgomery County’s literacy readiness for 2021 fell between 30-40 percent, depending on the grade. Moreover, just 54 percent of MCPS High School students are proficient or better.

That’s not only unacceptable — it is obscene. The very people charged with — and formerly trusted — to ready America’s kids for the real world; a world where people who get ahead have a tendency to know how to read and write proficiently, are often more concerned with racist nonsense like “equity” vs. Egality. They are also paid by U.S. taxpayers. Were there more wrongs than we can uncover to stop the madness from spreading?

Jen Psaki, White House Press Secretary, walked up to the podium on Thursday for her daily lies session and in fact told the truth. That is, about what she — and Biden, as she suggested —think about the Florida legislature’s passage of legislation that bans schools from teaching five-year-olds about homosexuality and transgenderism. In the words of the intrepid press secretary, the ban is “discriminatory,” “bullying,” and… wait for it… “horrific.” Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has spoken out in support of this legislation and was expected sign it into law.

In a bit of another “flipped script” moment, which I also hit on Thursday, an assistant principal in Mississippi was promptly fired for reading a children’s book titled “I Need a New Butt!” to a group of kids — after being told by the school’s principal to, yeah,Give the book to the children.

The book can be described as mainstream and innocent. Amazon.com promotes the book as such:

“A silly story that will cause boys and girls to giggle from beginning to end!” — Norman Public Schools

A young boy suddenly notices a big problem — his butt has a huge crack! He sets out to search for a replacement. Is he going to choose an armour-plated butt or a rocket butt? The rocket butt. What is a robot butt? You will find out with this funny tale of a tail that features delightful illustrations and hilarious rhymes. Children and parents will love this book — no ifs, ands, or butts about it!

“I can assure you right now that your kids will love this book. They will giggle, they will laugh, and they will want this book to be read over and over again because it is just plain silly and funny … the perfect kid-combo.” — Storywraps

Yet? In celebration of Pride Month, a Virginia library invited babies and toddlers to “Drag StoryBook Hour.”

While we’re at it, let’s Visit a church From a pastor claiming Christ “transgenders himself” in the Bible to a church in North Carolina hosting a drag show to protest a ban on same-sex marriage to Chicago church hosting “Drag Queen Prayer Time for Children,” examples abound.

Although the message may be different, the lyrics remain the same. The goal remains unchanged. They are determined to wrest from American parents the right to education and social constructs.

This is the point where people in my situation say stuff like “I’m glad our kids are grown and have successful careers, so I won’t have to worry about them growing up in an ever-changing America that is insidiously changing — Being intentionally changed — before our eyes.

However, I Do worry. Do not worry. DoHave concerns. (See: “grandkids.”)

We must end the madness for the youth of America.
