Joe Biden made remarks Tuesday night at Lockheed Martin, Alabama regarding his desire for more support to Ukraine.
Biden asked Congress to provide $33 billion more in assistance. This came after receiving $13.6 million last month. Biden stated that the money had been spent. Not only that, but he wants to make it a continual thing — to preserve “democracy.” No end in sight as to how much money that might involve. Great concern for Ukraine’s borders, but very little for our own.
Biden, however, managed to stumble through the speech in some significant ways while delivering his usual memorized shtick.
Biden stated that at one time he was arming Russians to stop Russia from attacking. He said it.

“Before Russia attacked, we made sure Russia had Javelins and other weapons to strengthen their defenses, so Ukraine was ready for whatever happened,” Biden exclaimed.
This is what Russia and Ukraine would hear. These people must believe that Biden has lost his mind. But sure, Democrats, tell us this is just a “stutter” — as he keeps gaffing, over and over and over again. Joe used the identity of a Soviet spy to communicate with Hunter in secret. So, maybe he does think he’s arming Russia.
But, that wasn’t the only glaring mistake Biden made when talking about Ukraine. Also, he confused Ukrainians and Hungarians when addressing Ukraine. Biden misunderstood Ukrainians as Iranians in his State of the Union Address. No, Joe, they’re not the same.

“Just a few days ago, the Wall Street Journal quoted a young Hungarian fighter saying, ‘Without the Javelins, it would have been very hard to stop the enemy pushing ahead,’” Biden said. Does he intend to send aid to Ukraine or Hungary? Do you even think he knows?
I’d also like to point out another interesting confusion he seemed to have in his remarks made on Tuesday.
Biden stated in a written statement that they had to vote pro-choice (Democrats) because of the draft opinion.
Third, if the Court does overturn Roe, it will fall on our nation’s elected officials at all levels of government to protect a woman’s right to choose. Voters will need to vote for pro-choice candidates in November. We will require more prochoice Senators at the federal level and a larger pro-choice majority to approve legislation to codify Roe. This is what I plan to work on and to sign into law.
But then, in his off-the-cuff remarks that he made hours after that statement, he was asked, “What does this mean for the midterms? What does this mean for the Democrats’ argument in the midterms?” His reply? “I haven’t thought that through yet.” So he had some thoughts about it earlier in his official statement but hadn’t thought it through when he was asked about it later. In other words, they’re issuing statements about what “he thinks,” when he can’t even say what he thinks later in person.
It was bad enough when he said that there hadn’t been any senators from Delaware on Monday. This prompted further 25th Amendment discussion. But it’s continuing to get worse.
