Some Leftists smelled hypocrisy in the comments of the “Lock Her Up” people on Hillary’s deleted emails. A truly objective media would apply a single standard to these issues of government documents. A truly objective media might also have a distaste for partisans suggesting the other party’s leaders should be in prison.
This is a known fact. The FBI has never raided the homes of former presidents. There is no precedent in the United States for an ex-president signing off on a raid against an attorney general. We can easily predict how furiously the liberal media would have reacted if Trump’s Attorney General approved an FBI raid on the Clinton house in Chappaqua.
In this instance, however, Andrea Mitchell condemned Kevin McCarthy as a House GOP leader for slandering Merrick Garland. “Merrick Galrland is the most meticulous, thoughtful, and, some would argue, the best attorney general in this matter.
