It’s one of the more closely watched races — and certainly the most talked-about in Missouri. Show-Me State residents have been anxiously waiting to find out who will win GOP nomination for the US Senate to replace Roy Blunt, the retiring Republican senator.
While the polling has fairly consistently shown the same top three contenders — Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler, Attorney General Eric Schmitt, and former Governor Eric Greitens — within a nose of each other, recent polls have shown Schmitt pulling ahead and Greitens dropping back.
As we reported Monday evening, the race was thrown into a bit of an uproar after former President Donald Trump indicated he would be making an endorsement and then proceeded to endorse “Eric,” leaving it to the campaigns and voters to make what they would out of it.
Here’s the answer: Which Eric do Missourians prefer to be sent to Washington, D.C.?
Decision DeskHQ has called Eric Schmitt’s race with approximately three percent of votes in.
