Media Outlets BURY Samantha Bee’s Basement-Low Ratings

Television shows can be cancelled for a variety of reasons.

Jerry Seinfeld wrapped his eponymous show hoping to go out on top. Saul is better had a definite end point because it couldn’t overlap with the show that inspired the prequel, Breaking Bad

ABC is alleged to have wrapped Last Man Standing because it planned to end comedy programming on Friday nights.

Most shows go black because of one simple reason. Ratings are low.

Yet major media outlets refused to acknowledge the obvious while reporting TBS’s cancellation of Samantha Bee – Full Frontal

The weekly series, arguably the angriest and most partisan show of its kind, won’t be returning in the Fall. In fact, TBS isn’t allowing Bee to say goodbye to her viewers or share some final episodes.

The series is on hiatus at the moment and will not be returning.

The show, according to ShowbuzzDaily.com, routinely came in dead last in the late night ratings heap. Yet TBS renewed Fully Frontal It was not able to perform well with its audiences last year.

Here are the reports from these outlets Full Frontal’s cancellation without so much as hinting that ratings could be to blame.

Think that’s an accident?

The cancellation was explained by a variety of reasons, according to reporters. Variety explained that TBS has reduced its original programming.

TBS is reducing its scripted programming, however shows like Chad  The Last O.G. Scrapped during recent weeks.

TBS could cut the ratings of a winner. It is not.

THR tries the same thing.

Prior to the merger of WarnerMedia and Discovery, there was a decline in original series on TBS and TNT. However, it has been increasing steadily since.

TV reporters aren’t dumb. TV reporters are experts in the industry, and they know what makes a show shine. They’ve been ignoring “Full Frontal’s” ratings for some time now.

However, liberal media bias is at its worst.

Bee was loud, proud, and viciously progressive. Her show wasn’t funny, although comedy wasn’t the prime directive. Bee and her co. promoted abortion rights and gun control, which was a cause dear to Bee’s liberal heart.

Fine. Good. It’s possible.

When that approach can’t draw viewers, though, reporters should be telling their readers just that.

They didn’t.

Mediaite was one of the few outlets to mention Full Frontal’s ratings woes. Rest of the world hid this information.

Hollywood’s coverage of liberal media biases, which was rampant during Trump’s presidency, is similar. Imagine how reporters handle crucial matters such as state affairs if they cover this up.

Let’s give left-leaning journalist Glenn Greenwald the final word:
