Kyle Rittenhouse, his victim in the murder of his wife and daughter was found innocent. This was an enormous relief to him and his family.
The case should not have been filed at all since the defendant was acting in self-defense.
Yet justice won.
But some on the left have refused to accept the decision by the jury because they don’t really believe in that concept of our judicial system. They don’t care that the jury acquitted him. They believe only in pushing their narratives regardless of the hurt it may cause.
Radicals at Arizona State University found out during the course of Rittenhouse’s trial that he’s a student at the university, so now they are planning a rally this week to demand that he be expelled.

College Fix
Organizations including MEChA (Movimiento Estudiantil Chicanx de Aztlán), Students for Socialism, Students for Justice in Palestine and the Multicultural Solidarity Coalition intend to gather on December 1 to “get murderer Kyle Rittenhouse off [the] campus.”
“Even with a not-guilty verdict from a flawed ‘justice’ system — Kyle Rittenhouse is still guilty to his victims and the families of those victims,” the groups’ Instagram statement reads. “Join us to demand from ASU that these demands be met to protect students from a violent, blood-thirsty murderer.”
Those demands include that ASU withdraw Rittenhouse’s enrollment, put out a statement condemning “racist murderer” Rittenhouse and white supremacy in general, and redirect funding from campus police to the ASU Multicultural Center.
One of the students also started a petition: “Kyle Rittenhouse Should Not Be Allowed To Attend ASU.” The petition is of course full of inaccuracies about the case and hasn’t even met the goal number of 1000 people to sign it.
But there’s a small problem with their agenda, as there is with most radical agendas. Not only are their descriptions of Rittenhouse wrong and defamatory, Rittenhouse is an online student — he isn’t on the Tempe campus. So it’s pretty hard to try to boot someone from a campus, when the person isn’t even there to begin with. Also, how is he even affecting their tired, little lives — except in their fevered imaginations?
All this noise is about funding. If they raise enough fuss about Rittenhouse, then the school will give them additional funding.
But I wouldn’t put it past ASU to actually crumble like a cheap suit and boot Rittenhouse from the online school anyway. Because virtually every university today is in the hands of leftists who will just comply with such ridiculous demands — no matter how much it throws our judicial system under the bus when you do things like that and no matter how wrong it is. Because justice to the radical leftists isn’t about the rule of law, but about control, power, and getting what they want. And they’ll throw fits to get what they want.
All they have now is a group of sane law students, who can speak up against such craziness and to help Rittenhouse preserve the rule-of-law.
