Jezebel: School Physical Exam is Sexual Assault

The war on women’s sports continues. First, the left’s sex-obsessed politics has infiltrated high school and college-level sports to the dismay of the average athlete. Conservative lawmakers have reacted and the left’s depraved side is furious. 

A law to ensure that men cannot compete in female sports, cosponsored by Reps. Jena Powell and Reggie Stoltzfus, has passed the Ohio statehouse.. It’s pretty typical of bills in other states. Ironically, Jezebels’ Audra Heinrichs argues that the bill leaves kids vulnerable to sexual assault.

The Ohio bill contains three points that seek to protect and verify males and women in sport.

If a participant’s sex is disputed, the participant shall establish the participant’s sex by presenting a signed physician’s statement indicating the participant’s sex based upon only the following: (1) The participant’s internal and external reproductive anatomy; (2) The participant’s normal endogenously produced levels of testosterone; (3) An analysis of the participant’s genetic makeup.

Those are straightforward procedures to make sure girls aren’t cheated by biological males playing dress-up. This is not something the left likes. 

A portion of the bill authorizes the calling of doctor-sanctioned physical exams or state-sanctioned medical examinations. Heinrichs is upset because a doctor pronouncing the biological reality of a male or female is a refusal to play along with the subject’s deluded fantasy.  so naturally, she calls the examination, drumroll, “sexual assault.” 

Reading from the left’s playbook, Heinrich compares simple medical examinations to a fascist-police state. “In essence, this legislation would empower parents, teachers, peers, and the like to police the sex of children as young as 10-years-old — in some cases, subjecting them to state-sanctioned examinations of their genitalia by a doctor,” writes Heinrich. “Republicans will call it anything but sexual assault, but state Democrats, LGBTQ+ advocates, and parents on social media are saying the quiet part out loud.” The last time I checked, getting a physical is not sexual assault. To this writer, any action that discredits the transgender illusion can’t be promoted. 

It is outraged that Ohio Republicans would ensure there aren’t male athletes competing in women’s sports. Leftists will justify any and all means necessary to defend their destructive, insane worldview.
