In Time for Labor Day, Joe Biden’s Minions Have Come up With the Answer to Chronic Airline Delays – Opinion

Biden’s administration offers a solution to the summer long delays and cancellations that continue, with Labor Day approaching and Election Day just around the corner.

The new website of the government.

And in an Exclusive Report including – wait for it — an actual interview with Pete Buttigieg, NBC News is more than happy to help sell the Biden plan.

Television news loves air travel delays. This is especially true on holidays, when there aren’t nail salon shootings that show flashing police cars.

Television can easily cover travel delays. Just send a camera crew to capture long lines, tired travelers sitting on airport floors playing cards, flight screens covered with “CANCELED” lines, rows of planes awaiting takeoff. A sound clip of the mom who was stressed and screamed for hours.

Let’s be honest: Such media Exclusives are exclusive because no one else would fall for the government PR’s pitch to show how very hard this vacationing president is working for the people of America.

We’re all idiots, you see, because we have a hard time remembering Joe Biden’s many achievements beyond pouring trillions of new dollars into an overheated economy and botching the Afghan exit a year ago this week.

Truth is, Joe Biden couldn’t care less about millions of regular people losing precious hours of their life over a screwed up federally-controlled air traffic system overseen by a former mayor.

In reality, our president is on yet more vacation to yet another beach. Biden’s only flight delays come when he falls on the plane stairs.

Regular people are subject to more delays when a president travels. This is because the President’s 747 has priority over all others. Did you recall 1993? Bill Clinton, a fellow Democrat, shut down LAX half an hour to let his Beverly Hills stylist Christophe give him a 200-dollar haircut from a parked Air Force One.

So, NBC’s Today Show is on board touting yet another empty photo-op to show this Democrat busily showing empty efforts. Biden took two photos a couple of months back to give the impression that he was doing something about supply chain crises. Now, check out the store shelves. Of course, they did not do anything. The images were still good enough to be shown on television.

Politico is also on board with Biden’s bid to look busy. Our colleague Joe Cunningham explains that site’s story on how Biden’s chief of staff, Ron Klain, plans to show a “season of substance” about all the great Biden achievements.

Like everything out of the White House, this is intended to persuade voters that they need to give up control of Congress and spend in the hands of Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi.

So, about the new Biden administration website that’s going to appear to solve the air-travel problems. It’s not actually up and running yet. There were also delays. Poor management was the reason for the launch of ObamaCare.

Buttigieg expects that his problem-solving website will be up and running before Labor Day Weekend, so passengers can scan it in their waiting rooms at airports.

According to NBC, Transportation Secretary Buttigieg said the summer’s endless delays for millions were unacceptable. He declared:

The message to the airlines is that you’ve got to make it easier for passengers to understand their rights. And you’ve got to support passengers when they experience delays or cancellations.

He threatened to make a change to the rule if airlines didn’t cooperate. According to Buttigieg’s data, in the first six months of this year, 24 percent of U.S. flights were delayed and 3.2 percent were canceled.

Buttigieg, as Joe Biden’s cabinet secretary, is not responsible for the actions of others. In this instance, it is the airlines who claim that there are a shortage in pilots.

To appear to fix something, earlier this month Buttigieg’s department announced a proposed new rule change governing ticket refunds. The additional rule is still in development. However, it was announced that the rule change could come at some time down the line. This sounded great at the time.
