Media Research Center’s DisHonors Awards were a great way to recognize those who are least worthy of praise. Now, we want to recognize those most deserving of accolades and we’re looking for the guidance of NewsBusters readers to help us select the deserving winners of the Media Research Center’s Bulldog Awards for the best in journalism.
To make nominations, visit this page.
Let us know who you think has done outstanding work in the areas covered in the six categories, the kind of work appreciated by conservatives that is so disdained by the legacy media which will never honor it as they pile on honorifics for left wing advocacy by all too many “journalists.” Look at it as our version of the Pulitzer Prizes.
This weekend’s nominations are closed. Please submit yours by Sunday night March 27th.
Thank you for your cooperation:
> The name of the deserving winner.
> Their publication, outlet, Web site or blog; and a link to their work.
> Tell us why they are deserving. Give examples of how you think they excel and link to one outstanding article or video clip. Give us enough details to help you identify their greatest work and evaluate it.
These are the six categories of prizes:
♦Outstanding Commentary – MRC Bulldog Awards
♦Outstanding Podcast – MRC Bulldog Award
♦Outstanding Blogger Award – MRC Bulldog Award
♦MRC Bulldog award for outstanding use of social media
♦MRC Bulldog award for outstanding radio talk show host
♦MRC Bulldog Award For Outstanding Investigative Journalism
Your suggestions will be carefully evaluated by the Media Research Center in order for them to decide which nominees are worthy. The award winners will then be announced at the end of April.
