Hannity Mocks Stelter, Cites NewsBusters Tweet on Media Sliming Trump

During Thursday night’s Hannity on the Fox News Channel, Sean Hannity tore into the leftist media’s hyped coverage of the latest anti-Trump story which inevitably turned out to be another hoax, while also tearing into the media’s refusal to report on the Hunter Biden laptop story during the 2020 presidential election. As an added bonus, he mocked CNN’s Brian Stelter for his complete dodge to a freshman college student’s question about CNN’s bias.  

“During the 2020 election, the media mob, they refused to report on any of this damming material,” Hannity observed, referring to the glaring evidence on Hunter Biden’s laptop during the election that the media purposefully ignored to help get Joe Biden elected. Hannity said that media had failed to recognize the importance of Hunter Biden’s laptop during the election. “called the laptop Russian disinformation.”

Hannity wisely pointed this out “now that the election is safely in the rearview mirror the laptop, oh all of a sudden is now being validated by multiple outlets.” This caused him to surmise that “they’re not sorry about it”, they won’t apologize and will “just move on to the next lie.” 

“Remember the recent hysteria over the Trump phone logs?”Hannity observed as Hannity displayed a screen shot of NewsBusters tweet calling out the media’s lies: “it all turned out to be false.”He then broadcast a video montage featuring leftist media personalities repeating the same lies over the fake Trump cellphone log story.

STEPHANIE ROHLE: The January 6 committee received logs showing that there was a gap between the phone records of the former president and the actual time. They show this to be seven hours, thirty-seven minute missing logs. Did there exist a burner telephone?

JOHN AVLON: Seven hours? Makes the eighteen minutes of erased oval office tapes around Watergate look like a game of pattycake. 

ERIN BURNETT – There has been no call from between 11:17 AM and 6:54 PM. It is, however, the entirety of the window during the insurrection. 

CHRIS HAYES – It seems that we should know the identities of Donald Trump’s contacts over those seven hours and thirtyseven minutes, as well as what their conversations were about. 

BOB WOODWARD – This seven-hour-and-seven minute gap between us dates back to Watergate and the 1970s. It was only an eighteen and a half minute gap. 

Later on in the segment, Hannity played a video of Daniel Schmidt of Chicago university’s conservative/libertarian newspaper Chicago ThinkerAnne Applebaum was taken to task by Atlantic writers over the Hunter Biden laptop scandal.  

Then Hannity slammed CNN’s Brian Stelter who he calls “Humpty Dumpty” for completely ignoring another student’s question from the same college paper:  

“That student was a thousand percent right on every issue fake news CNN got wrong. And little Humpty Dumpty, he sat on a wall and had a great fall and couldn’t answer the question” Hannity exclaimed.

We should add “Never forget the Russian collusion was three years of conspiracy theories and lies and a hoax.”  

Hannity finished the segment by giving Stelter one more chance: “that’s not a right-wing narrative. Humpty, that’s called facts, something you don’t know anything about.”

SEAN HANNITY – During the 2020 elections, the media mob refused to cover any of the damming material. The laptop was actually called Russian disinformation. The laptop appeared two weeks before election day. Big tech companies, such as Twitter and Facebook, banned any person from using the information for their own purposes. You may remember.

HANNITY What is the reason for this? They could have known that the grand jury would ask them important, significant and serious questions. This could explain why they were exposed for the frauds they are. It’s hard to know. You can call me cynical. Do not expect them to rectify the record. You shouldn’t be expecting an apology. It is highly unlikely that they will. Have they corrected their record regarding all the Russian collusion lies? Do they have a correct record regarding all of the defamation against Donald Trump or his family members? They now know that they covered up this scandal. They knew they were trying to get Joe Biden elected. They’re not going to pretend sorry and aren’t sorry. They’ll just move on to the next lie. You may recall the Trump phone records scandal. Did you know that? This was all false. Let’s take a closer look.

HANNITY: The girls are so happy, it’s almost like they’re jumping for joy. It’s like Watergate! It’s just like Watergate! That’s it we finally got him! This story is completely bogus. It was all speculation. No one of these media hackers ever apologized or corrected the record. They simply move on to another set of lies. You can see why, since 2007 on this show, that journalism in America is dead.

DANIEL SCHMIDT: Do you think the media acted inappropriately when they instantly dismissed Hunter Biden’s laptop as Russian disinformation? This is a lesson that can help us ensure disinformation we call disinformation, and not reality.

ANNE APPLEBAUM: My problem with Hunter Biden’s laptop is I think totally irrelevant. I meant it’s not whether it’s disinformation or I mean I don’t think the–Hunter Biden’s business relationships have anything to do with who should be President of the United States. So, I didn’t,–I don’t find it to be interesting. This would also be my problem with this story as a major news item.

HANNITY – This may be my favorite. Humpty Dumpty, a make-believe journalist and Hannity stalker, referred to legitimate criticisms of fake news CNN in referring to a huge right-wing conspiracy. This student, rightly questioning how biased and abusively corrupt fake news CNN really is. Let’s take a closer look.

CHRISTOPHERPHILLIPS – They propagated the Russian collusion scam and the Jussie Smollett hoax. 

Is it not time for mainstream corporate journalists to be apathetic and cheerleaders of the regime? 

Every mistake made by mainstream media outlets, including CNN, seems to be pointing in the same direction. Do we expect to believe this is just a random chance? Or is something more behind it all?

BRIAN STELTER: Too bad, it’s time for lunch. 

JIM RUTENBERG – You only have thirty seconds, Brian.

STELTER: There’s a clock that says 30 seconds. But I think my honest answer to you – and I’ll come over and talk in more detail after this – is that I think you’re describing a different channel than the one that I watch. That is an opinion that I have heard from right-leaning CNN critics.

HANNITY – That student was right a thousand times on all issues fake news CNN made mistakes. He was little Humpty Dumbty and sat against a wall for a while and fell hard, but couldn’t answer his question. Remember that the Russian collusion involved three years of conspiracies, lies and hoaxes. He was not a rapist and what he claimed about Justice Kavanaugh is true. After slandering Nicholas Sandman, a high school student from Fake News CNN paid him a lot of money. It’s not an right-wing story. That’s not a right-wing narrative.
