Good Riddance! Netflix Cancels Woke Babysitters Club Reboot

Tween girls everywhere will be spared another insufferable season of radical LGBTQUIA, feminist and occult indoctrination from Netflix’s woke reboot of The Babysitters Club.

Netflix unveiled a TV version 2.0 of The Simpsons in 2020 The Babysitters Club Franchise, inspired by popular books series of the 1980’s and 1990’s.

Like most contemporary reboots, Netflix took a once-loved series and put it through a woke blender until it came out insane. The series promoted gay middle school couples, trans identities for kids, casual dabbling in witchcraft, and radical feminist hectoring.

A hip character with a gay dad had a “cool” aunt who was a witch – literally. Club girls spouted a lot of left-wing remarks, from gun control to Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Perhaps initially out of nostalgia and curiosity, the first season did well enough to greenlight a second. The second then doubled-down on the first’s seasons madness until any lingering audience for the show quickly dwindled.

Season one featured then 9-year-old male-to-female “trans activist” Kai Shippley as a younger-appearing child who gets upset when a doctor refers to him by his biological sex. Second season added “couple lounge”, where two middle-school boys with baby faces chat about their love. This was just a small part of all the absurdities that the show made.

According to Deadline Magazine, “the eight-episode Season 2, released October 11, failed to crack Nielsen’s Top 10 weekly streaming rankings and only appeared in the Netflix Top 10 for one week at No, 9.”

“Although I am heartbroken not to be returning to Stoneybrook [the fictional setting of the show]Rachel Shukert (showrunner) said that she was proud to continue the show for another 20 seasons.

Shukert claims that her idea of “joy, comfort” is to normalize sexual confusion, gender dysphoria and occult practices. Her opinion seemed to be rejected by a wider audience. Goodbye Babysitter’s Club. This is not to be missed.
