If you’re in Oklahoma and intent on playing school sports, an affidavit is likely in your future.
According to NBC News in March, Governor. Kevin Stitt approved a regulation governing team athletics. Per the law, students must participate based on sex rather than any announced orientation within the burgeoning arena of “gender identity.”
Schools need to ensure that compliance happens. It’s hard to tell with young children, and some middle schoolers are taking hormone blockers and/or undergoing operations. Double mastectomies were discussed in 2018 by a medical journal. Recent viral videos claim that girls as young 12 years old are having their breasts removed.
A changing population means that there is a need to test it.
Oklahoma public schools have started requiring students from kindergarten to college to complete “biological sex affidavits” if they want to compete in school sports…
On Wednesday, Twitter user Erin Matson — director of pro-choice Reproaction — posted a photo of Oklahoma’s Woodall Public Shools sex confirmation form.
Erin uncovered the reason behind people advocating sex-based activities. As it turns out, they’re white supremacists:
“Do you understand what is happening? It has nothing to do encouraging girls to become athletes. Totalitarianism is what this means. It is the white nationalist agenda.”
There are other agendas:
“The anti-LGBTQ agenda. Anti-abortion agenda. It is all the same agenda.”
The Biological Sex Affidavit, as shown in the photo, states:
I, _____, the undersigned, am of legal age and have been duly sworn that I am the guardian or parent of _____. Additionally, I confirm that ________ was my biological sex at the time of his birth.
It’s an interesting way of putting it. On one hand, the document avoids the woke “assigned at birth” or the newer “guessed at birth as” phrasing. On the other hand, the promise employs “was,” suggesting someone can switch their biological sex.
One may change their sex but why should they play by the rules of birth?
Is it clear what you are seeing?
It has nothing to do encouraging girls to become athletes.
It is totalitarianism. This is white nationalism. It is the anti-LGBTQ agenda. The anti-abortion program. All of it is the same.
It is true. This is a permission-only sharing. pic.twitter.com/CGZ1SN5jr2

NBC confirmed the affidavit’s authenticity via contact with Woodall Public Schools Superintendent Ginger Knight.
18 states currently have similar laws.
Nearly all of those states designate sports teams by sex assigned at birth as determined by the student’s birth certificate issued at or near the time of their birth.
Even so, Oklahoma is the only one to require signed affirmation — which can be made official by students themselves if they’re at least 18.
It seems this law won’t clarify all going forward; select states allow “X” for sex on birth certificates. And surely some transgender sportsters and their parents will claim they are and were the “sex” with which they presently identify.
Doubtlessly, we’re on course for actual physical exams. These were almost already in Idaho.
Start Today
Under Idaho‘s law, which a judge blocked in August 2020, a student’s sex can be disputed. If that happens, the school can request that the student provide a form from their health care provider to “verify the student’s biological sex… as part of a routine sports physical examination relying only on one (1) or more of the following: the student’s reproductive anatomy, genetic makeup, or normal endogenously produced testosterone levels.”
In response to Erin’s tweet, social media users attacked the affidavit approach:
- With a notary requirement — this is not ONLY incredibly transphobic, but is going to have the impact of preventing lower socioeconomic status kids from participating.
- RequiringNotarized affidavits attesting individual schoolchildren’s genital composition are a disgusting invasion on privacy. They also discriminate and prey upon children.
- BiologicalThe world of sex is not all black and white. The appearance of one’s genitals at birth is just one part of a much bigger picture, that most people don’t have the interest or money to investigate.
- NotNot only is this the exact same agenda, but it is also the same type of abuse.
- A lotMany people argue that sexuality is determined from birth. … It just isn’t as simple, obvious or straightforward as you think, even genetically.
- TheyWant [the]Bad old days are back, and they can harm anyone they choose [wanted]. My mother was the only reason I stayed. [with]One reason a pedophile was abusing her sons was lack of social support.
- If I were a trans girl, I’d put down “female” and argue in court over the word “biological.” Are our thoughts and feelings not outputs of our biological functions?
This is most likely the last of many posts. Keep watching for lawsuits.
Meanwhile, all of this is where we necessarily end up…once we arrive here:
