Embattled Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau might not be as clueless and tone-deaf as his pal Joe Biden but he’s damn close. RedState, earlier in March, extensively covered Trudeau’s heavy-handed crackdown on the Canadian Freedom Convoy.
On Wednesday in Brussels, members of the European Parliament (MEP) torched Trudeau, with at least one MEP saying he shouldn’t be allowed to speak to the parliament due to his draconian, undemocratic actions.
MEP Christine Anderson of Belgium called Trudeau a “disgrace for any democracy.” To his face.
[I]t would have been more appropriate for Mr. Trudeau — Prime Minister of Canada — to address this house according to article 144, an article which was specifically designed to debate violations of human rights, democracy, and the rule of law, which is clearly the case with Mr. Trudeau.
Then again, a Prime Minister who openly admires the Chinese ‘basic dictatorship’, who tramples on fundamental rights by persecuting and criminalizing his own citizens as terrorists, just because they dared to stand up to his perverted concept of democracy, should not be allowed to speak in this house at all.
“Mr. Trudeau, you are a disgrace for any democracy,” Anderson concluded. “Please spare us your presence.”

Not to be outdone, Croatia’s Mislav Kolakusic delivered to Trudeau “perhaps the most humiliating international thrashing of his political career.”
Human rights are the fundamental foundations for millions of European and global citizens. These include freedom, liberty, choice, life, health and employment.
Canada has changed from a sign of the modern age to a symbol under your quasiliberal rule. We watched how you trample women with horses, how you block the bank accounts of single parents so that they can’t even pay their children’s education and medicine, that they can’t pay utilities, mortgages for their homes.
Kolakusic spoke directly to Trudeau:
These may seem like liberal methods to you; but for most citizens around the globe, they are a dictatorship. You can be sure that all citizens around the globe, together, will stop any government that seeks to eliminate freedom for citizen by using bombs and harmful pharmaceutical products.
That had to leave a mark — although I doubt it, given the smug look on Trudeau’s face.
Trudeau will be very angry when he returns from Europe. He was forced to listen and was labeled a “dictator” in front of all of Europe. One who “tramples women with horses and blocks the bank accounts for single parents.” https://t.co/GiPU69MboE pic.twitter.com/83662XKyrb

Romanian Cristian Terhes told Breitbart London that Trudeau has no business lecturing anybody about democracy — including Vladimir Putin:
Justin Trudeau is not allowed to come and talk with Putin in the European Parliament about democracy. He walks around wearing hobnail boots, disregarding the Canadians’ fundamental rights.
The people now have to decide between Putin’s Russian imperialist regime and Trudeau’s Neo-Marxist dictatorship, where they are stripped of all their rights and made into state objects.
These tyrannical alternatives must be rejected. We should fight for the conservative values which brought Europe peace, prosperity, and national sovereignty.
MEP Terhes also “mopped the floor” with Trudeau in February over his handling of the Ottawa Freedom Convoy protests.
“He’s exactly like a tyrant, a dictator. He’s like Ceausescu in Romania,” Terhes said. Communist dictator Nicolae Ceaușescu and his wife Elena were executed by firing squad on Christmas Day 1989, after a summary military trial, as the Soviet Union continued to collapse.
Romanian MEP @CristianTerhes absolutely mops the floor with PM @JustinTrudeau in Brussels this week over how he’s handling the Ottawa #FreedomConvoy2022 protests.
He is a dictator, and a dictator. He’s like Ceaușescu in Romania,” said Terhes. pic.twitter.com/Ox87jL3XJr

On Wednesday after refusing to attend Trudeau’s address, Terhes issued a statement condemning Trudeau, in part, for “having horses trample protestors during the Freedom Convoy crackdown.”
Oh, ouch! However, Trudeau agreed to a settlement with the Canadian New Democratic Party (NDP), and will continue in office until 2025, despite the fervent criticism.
“Funny” how we just can’t seem to rid ourselves of left-wing politicians who seek to destroy our lives as we know them, huh?
