With the possible exception of one, the politicians in the Democrat Party of Washington can be either cowardly or evil.
According to reports, Roe v Wade was brought to the floor by Democrats to be codified into law. The aim was to make abortion legal in the United States up until birth, with no restrictions. As you can imagine, every single Republican voted against this and they were joined by none other than West Virginia Democrat Joe Manchin who had indicated that he’d vote against it earlier in the day.
This meant that Democrats were 11 votes away from what was needed to pass Roe.
BREAKING NEWS: The 49 Senate Democrats who voted in favor of legalizing abortion nationwide up to BIRTH have effectively no limitations.
It was opposed by every Republican.

Democrats were aware that they would lose this battle. According to Chuck Schumer (Senate Majority Leader), it was solely for mobilizing voters. It was intended to get Republicans on record saying they voted against the bill.
“Republicans are going to have to go on record as to whether they want this to be the first generation of American women with less freedom than their mothers,” said Washington Democrat Senator Patty Murphy.
Instead, Republicans got exactly what they wanted: a way for them to show how extreme and radical Democrats are. They all except Manchin voted for termination of pregnancies from the time of birth. That is one extreme stance, and Democrats put the overwhelming majority of their party in this column.
They have just given the Republicans another narrative win.
“They’re not even attempting to nuance this at all,” said South Dakota Republican John Thune. “It’s all, you know, abortion up to the point of birth … which doesn’t even attempt to try and win over people who might be persuadable if they were a little less aggressive in their approach. They’ve decided they’re going full monty on this.”
To make it worse, RedState reported on Wednesday that most voters aren’t on board with the extremism Democrats have gone to when it comes to abortion. According to polling, 85 percent of voters favor restrictions on abortion.
We’re looking at a shockingly out-of-touch Democrat Party that has just admitted to the people that they’re as extreme as the Republicans have been claiming they are.
