Arizona and Texas were among those states that have suffered from the illegal immigrants flooding in through the southern border. Yet, the Biden Administration doesn’t seem to give a darn about how that is affecting and harming the states involved. Their resources are exhausted.
These two states came up with an excellent idea. Let’s ship the people who entered illegally and who are awaiting their asylum claims to Washington, D.C., so that the people in Washington finally get how we are being overwhelmed. They’ve been shipping hundreds of people in dozens of separate bus trips since April.
Texas will transport illegal immigrants from Texas to Washington, D.C., if they are released by Border Patrol.@gregabbott_TXAccording to the statement, the state has prepared 900 charter busses for transporting migrants.

Some of the people being sent showed that Biden’s claims about this being “women and families” wasn’t quite true.

So, how’s that working out? Is D.C. really getting it?
We don’t have a response back from Joe Biden, but we do have a lot of whining from Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser who was on “Face the Nation” with Margaret Brennan on Sunday, talking about the homelessness problem in D.C. during the crushing Bidenflation. Brennan sought out Bowser’s thoughts on a Washington Post report claiming that D.C.’s homeless shelters were being overcrowded by illegal alien buses.

MARGARET BRENNAN: “The Washington Post” reported last week that homeless shelters in D.C. were filling up and groups are getting overwhelmed by these buses that the governors of Texas and Arizona are sending here full of migrants.
Is this an important influx of people? What number of people are affected?
MURIEL BOWSER : It is very important. The federal government has been asked to address this issue across the states. We know that people are not being tricked into traveling on buses. We think they’re largely asylum seekers who are going to final destinations that are not Washington, D.C.
To ensure that FEMA awarded a grant to an organization providing local services, I collaborated with the White House. But I fear that they’re being tricked into nationwide bus trips when their final destinations are places all over the United States of America.
Recall, the young single men.
Bowser is upset because she thinks they’ve been tricked? How? To get a bus ticket to D.C., you can sign up for a complimentary ride. Democrats wanted open borders, Joe Biden has opened the door and seems perfectly fine with people flooding in, so what’s her problem with them showing up in her city? It is the result Democratic policies. It’s hilarious that she’s flipping out, when she is just getting a small taste of what Texas and Arizona are having to deal with.
Let’s have Fox’s Bill Melugin serve her up a little truth.
D.C. is getting a small example of what tiny TX & AZ border towns have had to deal with every single day, with far less capacity. https://t.co/R45VgE1jOm
