It was a hectic day for the NBA Tuesday as Summer League teams were in action. Rookie Chet Holmgren made his Summer League debut. We’ve also got Steph Curry’s crazy statistic, and an update on the Lakers-Nets trade talks.

If all of Steph Curry’s three-point shots were changed to two-pointers, he would still have been the NBA Finals’ leading scorer. Curry received his fourth championship ring. He was also the first Finals MVP. Curry averaged 31.2 point, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals in the NBA Finals. Curry was able to shoot 43.7 percent at three in the finals against Boston Celtics.
Adrian Wojnarowski from ESPN NBA Insider gave us an update regarding the Kyrie Irving-Lakers deal:
“I would believe Rob Pelinka, Sean Marks will be in Vegas in Summer League, and that’s a conversation they could decide to pick up there again.”
Earlier in the day, Shams Charania of The Athletic says there is currently “no traction” on an Irving dealTo the Lakers. He said:
“I’m not sure we are going to see that take place.”

Tonight, Oklahoma City Thunder’s summer league debut was made by Chet Holmgren. Holmgren ended the game with 23 points and seven rebounds. He also had six blocks, four assists and four three-pointers. Holmgren was also compared with Dirk Nowitzki, the future NBA Hall-of-Famer.

In December, former NFL player and four-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Demaryius Tom, 33, died. Following a brain scan by the Concussion Legacy Foundation at Boston University, CTE researchers found that Thomas had suffered from chronic traumatic and encephalopathy. Thomas’ family released these findings.

Robert Griffin III is a Quarterback and says he’s ready to go back to the NFL. Griffin III, a quarterback, hasn’t played in more than 19 months. However, Griffin III seems to have stayed fit and ready for a chance.
