CNBC Host Delivers Deranged Rant on Forced Vaccinations and Illustrates a Broader Psychosis – Opinion

Jim Cramer of CNBC launched into an absurd rant regarding forced vaccinations. This supposed stock guru said the government should not mandate vaccinations and presumably boosters for every American, but that military personnel should also be available to assist in administering those vaccinations.

This comment was made in a hilarious response to Omicron-19 COVID-19. It has, so far, only caused mild symptoms. Kramer also took things further, claiming that anyone wishing to remain unvaccinated, even if they have scientifically proven natural immunity, should have to go to court over the issue, noting they should also “help in the war effort” by remaining locked in their houses.

You can see the intellectual strength displayed in this video.

The open authoritarianism on display here is truly something, but I wouldn’t be writing this article if I felt it was limited to the musing of Jim Cramer. Actually, this may be the first mention of his name on this website. I think this is a sign that psychosis in general has become more prevalent among liberal and wealthy people. Let me expand upon that thought.

A large portion of society believes they have the right to control all aspects of their lives. They believe that they are entitled to take control of the lives and actions of others to fuel their delusion. When it comes to COVID-19, there’s always just “one more thing” they insist we need to do to fix things, followed by another thing and another thing. The goalposts never stop moving because the world isn’t what they try to make it.

The truth is, there are many things in life that you simply can’t control. The most common of these is COVID, a deadly and highly transmittable disease. Yet, instead of accepting that reality, Cramer and those like him still believe they can create their COVID-free utopia by crushing just a little bit more individual liberty — and then a little more after that, so on and so forth.

We know, however that vaccines don’t stop the spread. So even in some alternate universe where everyone got vaccinated tomorrow, voluntarily or by force, Cramer’s goal would not be reached. It would be possible to contract new viruses, infect others, or even die from them. Delusion can be difficult to overcome for people who spend more than two years worrying about the same virus. The COVID-19 Hysteria is a common way to live, even though the data doesn’t support their claims.

What really worries me, in the end is how many people are known to turn on others for virtue signaling. Is this what we should expect if there is a more severe crisis in the future. I think we know the answer to that, and it’s nothing good.
