Biden Is Making You an Accomplice In the War on Ukraine – Opinion

Ukraine is facing a difficult time and Russian President Vladimir Putin profited from poor decisions by Joe Biden.

But contrary to popular belief, the issue didn’t start with the lifting of former President Donald Trump’s sanctions on Russia’s Nord Stream 2 pipeline which allows Russia to export its oil and gas straight to Europe. It begins here in the USA.

Biden stopped the Keystone XL Pipeline from being built in Canada on the first day of his presidency. It runs all the way to Texas. According to Democrats it was an attempt to preserve the environment even though climate change alarmists like John Kerry acknowledge that there is safer and more efficient ways to move oil between places.

Keystone XL represented the way to energy independence almost completely. We wouldn’t be at the mercy of overseas oil barons or countries that are considered enemies for our energy needs. We’d have it right here at home.

But here we are, and what’s one of the places we buy oil from?

It was obvious.

The Washington Examiner reported that we now import about 500,000 barrels of crude oil per day from Russia. Russia is currently creating an international crisis through its war on Ukraine.

To be clear, we’re purchasing oil from a state who wants to turn around and use that money to fund an attempt to conquer a neighboring nation so it can seize its oil infrastructure. Because Biden won’t allow us drill for oil from our shores, we need to look to Russia and other countries to buy this oil.

Biden has used our tax dollars in order to pay Putin to then kill Ukrainians. The money that comes out of your bank account can be used to murder innocent people.

We desperately need to vote out Democrats in the House and the Senate, and then when 2024 rolls around it’s imperative to make sure Biden never steps foot behind a desk ever again. Not only has he gone far in destroying this nation, but he’s also making us accomplices in the destruction of another.
