The left’s “Night of Rage” following the overturning of Roe V. Wade didn’t materialize to the level a lot of too-online, pro-abortion fanatics hoped. Yet, while cities didn’t burn, there was still serious damage done. RedState stated that one insurrection attempt on the Arizona capitol building escalated until the point the senator was forced to recess, and the members were locked up. Los Angeles and other Democrat-led places also saw smaller scale riots.
The majority of the time, however, police looked well-prepared this time around. That was after an Antifa assault on a Oregon pregnant center was stopped. The Eugene PD stated that things got out of control and DHS was called in.

Antifa started to gather after 9 PM. Eugene PD was called to respond to the disturbance at Dove’s pregnancy centre. According to the statement, extremists picked up rocks while one woman was using a chemical pump (i.e. like you’d spray weed killer with). This indicates that the pump probably had some accelerant to light a fire.
After arrests for disorderly conduct, things eventually settled down. The protestors tried to break the line of police officers and they threw water bottles and smoke bombs. The scuffles resulted in some officers being injured. Multiple arrests were ultimately made. However, Oregon is a great place to live in so you can be sure they’ll soon return to the streets.
But while that attack was thwarted, another pregnancy center in Colorado wasn’t so fortunate.

As I noted in my response, I’ve yet to see this attack reported by any mainstream media outlet. Of course, we all know that wouldn’t be the case if this were right-wingers attacking an abortion clinic. That hypocrisy doesn’t just lead to political frustration, it’s dangerous. Antifa and pro-abortion extremeists feel that they are free to vent their anger, and the media is encouraging them.
There’s also very little pushback coming from the federal government. DHS was involved in this situation, but it was just a local post that had to react. The DOJ and DHS are largely silent at national levels on left-wing violent acts, as we see. The recent attacks on prolife pregnancy centers may change this approach. I wouldn’t hold your breath.
