I would like to issue a heartfelt expression of gratitude to the far-left progressive crowd – especially the high-profile individuals who did yeoman’s work to help Republicans flip important seats. I assert that if it weren’t for these individuals, this red wave might not have happened and these people deserve our sincere thanks.
Glenn Youngkin (Virginia Governor) and Winsome Sears (Lt. Governor elect), are both fortunate to have had an progressive machine who was prepared to do anything to win against their Democratic adversaries. A better partner in politics could not be asked for.
Progressives, as a conservative/libertarian type, I appreciate the efforts you put forth to ensure your eventual defeat not only in this election but also in the 2022 midterms. We were blessed last night by you progressives and I want to thank you for your efforts.
First, you were able to denigrate parents and make them feel guilty about their concern over your radical wokeist doctrine being instilled into the classrooms. These people were called ignorant and uneducated racists. You also defended Critical Race Theory (CRT), even though you claimed they weren’t being taught.
This is just one example of the many inconsistencies that have made it clear that politicians and pundits are completely dishonest. I believe I am speaking for all conservatives in saying that we value your decision not to go down on this mountain.
But even further, some of you went above and beyond the call of duty when you colluded with President Joe Biden’s White House to label parents protesting CRT and mask mandates in schools as “domestic terrorists.” We especially appreciate how your media activists on CNN, MSNBC, and other outlets defended this action. You couldn’t believe your lack of principle and not recognize that this was perhaps going too far.
I would also like to give a special “thank you” to failed gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe, who enraged parents when he insisted they should not have any say in what their children are being taught in their schools. This was an excellent move by you, as it claimed that the comments were applauded.
But this isn’t all.
McAuliffe, you also joined the chorus of far-leftists claiming that parents who opposed CRT in classrooms were racist and that claiming the furor over the ideology was “made up.” Most politicians would have been wise enough to either apologize for, or clarify, these remarks. But you didn’t, Mr. McAuliffe, and for that, I say “good on you!”
The Lincoln Project’s leadership deserves my appreciation. Yes, I realize you aren’t exactly progressives. Your whiny, stoic, pathetic, and apathetic self-righteousness makes you feel like a jerk. I believe you deserve our sincere appreciation.
You went further than just pushing asinine ads to support Democrats. You actually enlisted your own operatives to pose as white nationalists standing in front of Youngkin’s tour bus carrying tiki torches.
I don’t need to tell anyone that only people who are lower than whale excrement would be willing to exploit the chaos and death that occurred at Charlottesville in 2017 for political purposes. We can always count on The Lincoln Project, when a situation requires this kind of sickly political maneuver, to rise to the occasion.
You’re not the only one. I’m still not okay with the pedophilia stuff.
While it is important to express gratitude to those who helped Republicans win in this election, I believe we would be remiss not to also mention those who are ensuring that the GOP will deliver a brutal smackdown to the Democrats in next year’s midterm elections. The left has a lot of people who insist Democrats must not learn from the Democrats’ shellacking, and should instead double down on their stupidity.
These are people who deserve the greatest praise.
Jared Yates Sexton, you did us a tremendous favor by convincing your audience that the concern over CRT is just a “panic.” By not even allowing for the possibility that these parents might have legitimate concerns, you are helping to alienate people who might be otherwise willing to support Democrats. It is best for the left and right to minimize the concerns of the people. We are grateful to you for this willingness.
The Virginia tragedy has prompted us to discuss how the “CRT panic”, a white supremacist conspiracies theory, was used as a weapon by an authoritarian organization.
It is imperative that the Democratic Party gets serious about these issues RIGHT NOW. We don’t have any time left.

Eric Levitz, your comments reflect the deep flaws in the Democrats’ decision to use the Jan. 6 riot as a way to smear conservatives. You and others like it are lying by pretending this was worse than the 9/11 attacks, while trying to connect it to the larger conservative movement. You have also graciously admitted that your and your colleagues truly believe that the American people are stupid enough to fall for your lies. I am grateful.
Youngkin’s victory confirms that Trump and January 6 will not be paying a lasting price. The GOP does not have to choose between persuading voters and mobilizing Trumpists. Democrats had to have that, due to their structural handicaps. https://t.co/KRkjX2A8ar pic.twitter.com/2oLf0UTj5i

Jemele, you are a real gem. People like you, in fact, will be more helpful to the conservative movement than any other person. You are convincing them that Democrats didn’t do anything wrong in alienating voters by insisting they did not.
Even more, by casting anyone who didn’t agree with the left as white supremacists, you are suggesting that Democrats adopt the “persuade by insulting” strategy that has failed time and time again. If I could, I’d give you a hug and buy you flowers.
It’s not the messaging, folks. White supremacy is all that this country loves.

You deserve to be congratulated and given a hug by progressives. Yesterday’s victory was a result of your efforts. I am grateful to you for that. Keep pretending those who don’t agree with you are white supremacists. Don’t stop trying to pull off hoaxes intended to deceive the American people. If you feel the need to label us as “domestic terrorists,” please do so. To continue to win elections, we need your support. You haven’t disappointed so far.
