Last weekend’s pride month drag event for kids at a Dallas bar is well-known. The grooming began in Phoenix even though it was already a full day prior. According to reports, a similar event took place in Phoenix.
According to AZFree News, the Heard Museum hosted its first drag show, titled “Pride Night at the Heard,” on Friday, June 3, sponsored by BlueCross BlueShield of Arizona with Arizona Public Service. The grotesque spectacle was also open to children, just like in Dallas. It ticked several boxes when it made its Native American drag queens. “Tomahawk Martini” and “K.Yasss Savage” accordingly strutted their stuff for the kiddies.
“Drag shows are a good time to forget the world, forget about the bad and just have some fun,” said groomer performer Pyraddictionn inside Heard Museum’s Steele Auditorium Friday night. “To all you children who are here, give a big round of applause for your parents who brought you. I know I would’ve liked to have gone to a drag show when I was your age.”
It is a pity that these kids were exposed by their parents to such degrading material. Even more disturbing was the suggestion that children give dollar bills to each performer by the confused man to get the parents’ scoffs. Felix, a creepy performer who spoke the silent part and was delighted to see children, is one of them.
There seem to be enough sober adults left in Phoenix that the grooming event was heavily criticized. On it’s website, many readers were so upset at the fusion of the LGBT ideologies and the Native American cultures that the organizers had to limit the number of comments on the post.
The worst part of this event was that children were forced to hear the poems of the performers. Poetry Slam and Drag Queen Twerk Off may have been the worst cases of child abuse that has ever been reported.
