ABC’s Karl: GOP’s Questioning of Judge Jackson ‘A Message to QAnon’

Continuing to prove that for the leftist media any criticism of them has some ulterior motive, during the “PowerHouse Roundtable” segment on ABC’s This Week co-host Jon Karl claimed that the GOP questioning Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson on her light sentences to child porn offenders was “a message to QAnon.”

During a tease for the upcoming panel, Karl claimed that the GOP Senator’s questions were harsh and highly unusual”Ask “could the sharp questioning backfire” The Republican Party during the forthcoming midterm elections.

Later, during the panel segment of the show Karl turned to Donna Brazile, former chairwoman of Democratic National Committee and present ABC News contributor to inquire about her thoughts on the just concluded confirmation hearings. Brazile wasn’t happy as you might imagine:

McConnell, Minority Leader, promised that the process would be fair. There was no rancor. Then, within thirty minutes to 60 minutes, answer the first question. It doesn’t have a religious text. The other, however, defines a woman. It was the best.

Karl replied whining about the GOP Senator’s “focus on child pornography and pedophiles.”Brazile fought back “QAnon.”

Karl agreed, which is not surprising. “it was a message to QAnon, wasn’t it?”Argument that “these are not major cases, these were sentencing decisions.”

National Review editor Ramesh Ponnuru interjected that he thought the whole controversy was overblown saying that “some Democrats found it in their interest to act as though those people represented the entire Republican Party.” When the truth of the matter is “the majority of the questioning was not only normal, but also kind of anti-climatic.”

DONNA BRAZILE – We received a promise from McConnell, Minority Leader that this would be a fair and equitable process. It was free of any rancor. Then, within thirty minutes to 60 minutes, answer the first question. It doesn’t have a religious text. The other, however, defines a woman. It was the best.

KARL

BRAZIL: QAnon

KARL:  It was a message to QAnon, wasn’t it? These were not cases of major importance, but sentencing decisions.

RAMESH PONNURU (Review): We went through a confirmation process in which everyone knew the outcome. So some Republicans, some Republicans tried to make political points and take shots at each other. Some Democrats felt it was in their best interest to pretend that those individuals represented the whole Republican Party, and the confirmation hearing. However, most of the questioning wasn’t only routine, but was also anti-climatic.

KARL : Is it a majority? There was much questioning about pedophiles. We’re running out of time.
