The View Smears Pro-Lifers: They Hate Mothers and the Poor!

It’s day two of the leaked Supreme Court draft decision overturning Roe v. Wade news cycle and ABC’s The View still didn’t have a pro-life woman on the show (not a surprise, since their vileness has chased away true conservative women). But co-host Sara Haines proved herself to be a bad-faith actor on Wednesday as she smeared pro-lifers as heartless ghouls who don’t care about mothers and want to eliminate “low-income health care.”

She teased her contempt for pro-lifers on Tuesday when responding to a video tweet I posted asking if her comment about the possible ruling costing “more lives” was a tacit admission that abortions killed babies. “Nope, but for those who claim to be pro life [sic], it may reveal which lives matter more,” she wrote.

But it might reveal that those who are pro-life may be more concerned about which lives.

Haines was referring to this exchange as she lashed out against pro-lifers Wednesday and claimed that liberal policies regarding abortion were hers.

When we discuss abortion, there are many statistical errors. This is because the people running on the right are often saying that abortion causes people to kill babies. (…) People believe the Left wants to ban abortions, so people think they’re getting rid of babies.

It is false. It is because liberal countries have passed laws that protect abortion until birth. New York is where The ViewBroadcast from, or has such a statute.

Then, she rattled off some statistics in an attempt to justify taking unborn children’s lives.

93% of abortions are performed within the first 13 week.

Many times, this truth is true. The truth is that 6 out 10 women who have had an abortion have already had one or more children. Their number one motivation for wanting to have it is to raise their kids better than they are.

“It’s full-blown family planning, it is not birth control. And I think too many people don’t look deeply into that,”She bluffs.

But the statistics she didn’t want their viewers to know about show that a vast majority of people do want some kind of restriction on abortion. In 2019, a Knights of Columbus/Marist poll showed that only 15 percent of respondents were okay with abortions “any time during a pregnancy.” And 27 percent wanted it restricted to the first three months, while 28 percent felt rape/incent/save the mother were the only acceptable circumstances.

Haines then followed up that absurd and false claim with another. the “mission” of the pro-life movement was to eliminate “low-income health care” by targeting Planned Parenthood because they don’t care about the lives of the mothers:

They didn’t permit women to have any form of birth control for too long. You wanted your child to have an abortion. But you weren’t willing to give them any other options. Once the baby is born, you won’t be able to help.

Planned Parenthood asserts that abortions represent only a portion of the services it provides. So, banning or restricting abortion won’t dismantle the rest of their purported clinical services. Second, there are many conservative and religious organizations that have the mission of giving care to mothers who chose life for their babies. My family donates to one in New York.

“So, I think we need to remember that There are many lives at risk with mothers trying to live and breathe their best lives. We often forget that there is more. when we talk about this topic,” Haines concluded her rant, expanding on her fact-free tweet.

SARA HAINES: Well, I was going to jump in a little bit because, we’re eventually going to find out about who leaked this because I was reached out to Terry Moran today, the senior national correspondent here at ABC. Since I wasn’t sure how many people were in the area, he boiled it down to 50 individuals who could have access. They will find the leaker, he assured me.

I was more curious with the motivation politically as to the “why” of it all. My theory was that it was because everything we have been warned was happening was going to happen, so I have a feeling it was a left-leaning per—a more liberal judge — not the justice. This is not justice. Not the justice themselves, but someone there saying, “oh my gosh, you guys, the house is on fire” type of thing.

However, when we discuss abortion I believe there are many incorrect statistics. This is because the people running on the left oftentimes say that abortion causes people to kill children. This is a bit easier to understand if you look at these statistics.

Abortions have fallen by more than half over the past 30 years.

HAINES – 93 per cent of women have had an abortion within the first thirteen weeks. Some people believe that abortions are being protected by the Left, but people keep getting rid of their babies.

Many times, this truth is true. An estimated 6/10 women having an abortion are already pregnant with one or more children. Their number one motivation for getting it is that they want to have better parenting skills than the one they have. Full-blown family planning isn’t birth control. And I think too many people don’t look deeply into that.

Another thing to consider is that Planned Parenthood is not a mission. It is focused on reducing low-income healthcare. Since they had banned women from having any kind of birth control. You wanted your child to be able to have an abortion. However, you did not want them to get any other options. And you won’t help the baby once it’s born.

It is important to recognize that the lives of mothers, who already live, breathe, and try to achieve the best possible outcome for their children, are at greater risk than we think.
