‘Queen’ Nancy Pelosi to Torpedo What’s Left of Democrat Hopes and Dreams With Latest Move – Opinion

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) is unquestionably the queen of making disastrous moves that help lend credence to her critics’ assertions that the Democratic party is completely out of touch with average Americans, especially during the times where they’re suffering as a direct result of bloated gabillion dollar policies pushed forth by Pelosi and other Democratic “leaders” in Congress.

One of the more notable instances was in April 2020 at the start of the Wuhan virus outbreak here in the U.S. when Pelosi acted stupidly during an appearance on James Corden’s “Late Late Show.” As millions of Americans were sitting at home jobless and broke thanks to all the business closures associated with draconian blue state efforts to combat the coronavirus, Pelosi did an interview from her posh San Francisco home, standing perfectly coiffed and stylishly dressed in front of two large and no doubt very expensive stainless steel refrigerators while gushing to Corden about her freezer full of premium ice cream treats.

“We all have found our ways to keep our spirits up during these trying times. Mine just happens to fill up my freezer,” she tweetedIt was at that time.

Pelosi was in hot water six months later when Tucker Carlson, Fox News’ host of Fox News captured Pelosi walking through a San Francisco salon shuttered with her maskless. This happened at a time that she and other Democrats weren’t. berating Republicans including then-President Trump for allegedly putting lives in danger when they didn’t wear masks or social distance and also at a time when Gov. Gavin Newsom ordered that salons and other businesses be shut down.

In the latest instance of “Pelosi goes cray cray,” Nance is set to appear on an upcoming episode of “RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars” on the Paramount+ network, as we reported earlier. For those who didn’t see the promo video, watch it below – Pelosi appears towards the end:

While I am sure her appearance in San Francisco will bring her fans joy, Pelosi’s image is often used by Republicans to tie their opposition to her in campaign ads.

On what planet did she as a party “leader” decide this would be a good idea to do in the midst of Republicans having the advantage in the culture wars on issues like gender identity politics and sexual orientation? Republicans in battleground parts of the country are going to take her appearance on RuPaul’s program and roast her, pointing to this as further evidence that Democrats have skewed priorities and ones that are harmful to the children they’re trying to indoctrinate in public school classrooms on these very issues.

Not that I’m trying to discourage Pelosi from doing what she’s doing. No siree. I’m just pointing to the folly of it all, that’s all.
