Senate Republicans Move to Ban Federal Funds From States, Cities That Allow Illegal Aliens to Vote – Opinion

Let’s begin with a basic premise that should be supported by every loyal citizen of every country on the planet: Non-citizens should not be allowed to vote in elections. Period. This should never be an issue.

Unless you’re a Congressional Democrat, that is. This is the situation. Democrats not documentedYou are the best.

As reported by John Solomon’s Just the News, the issue of “non-citizen” voting first came to a boil big-time at the end of the 2018 Georgia governor’s race, when Democrat Stacey Abrams suggested the “blue wave” of voters she hoped would put in her office included the “documented and undocumented,” the latter a ridiculous Democrat term for illegal aliens. Abrams said she didn’t mean to refer to illegal aliens.

However, last time I checked my Democrat decoder ring, “undocumented” was code for “illegal.”

At least three cities have allowed illegal aliens in their voting rights, and Georgia is considering a Constitutional Amendment to prohibit it. “Shockingly,” as reported by my colleague Chris Arps, New York City is among them, as is Northampton, Mass.

Incidentally, let’s dispel another ridiculous Democrat trope: “No human is illegal.”

Rubio declared the obvious in regard to the legislation.

It’s ridiculous that states are allowing foreign citizens to vote. However, if states and localities do let those who are not U.S. citizens to vote in elections, they shouldn’t get U.S. citizen taxpayer money.

It is Principally This is ridiculous, as the vast majority are illegal aliens Always going to vote for candidates that support causes and legislation most favorable to illegals — and the continuing Illegal invasionBiden and Democrats championed this principle. You don’t need to be a rocket scientist, Mensa member or proverbial astronaut to comprehend this fundamental principle.

It also doesn’t take a “very stable genius” with a “very, very, big brain” to understand that Democrats champion illegal immigration and illegal alien voting because they believe — increasingly mistakenly — that a strong majority of Hispanics vote Democrat and always will.

The legislation — Protecting Our Democracy by Preventing Foreign Citizens from Voting Act — which is co-sponsored by Republican Sens. After multiple cities from San Francisco to New York City made it illegal to allow people to vote, Steve Daines, Thom Tillis, John Kennedy, Louisiana and Rick Scott, all of Montana were represented.

South Carolina Republican Rep. Jeff Duncan plans to bring a companion bill to the House. Just the News was told that illegal aliens shouldn’t be allowed to have an impact on important voting decisions.

This country should not allow non-citizens to vote. Non-citizens, illegal immigrants, or even citizens, can vote. This gives foreign nationals the ability to influence some of our most critical decisions, as well as our rights and representation in government.

And Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who proposed an amendment to Georgia’s constitution banning illegal alien voting in his state, noted the proposed ban has overwhelming bipartisan support.

More liberal jurisdictions, from New York City to San Francisco to extend voting rights to non-citizens are becoming more commonplace. The overwhelming support for Citizens-only Voting is bipartisan.

Simply, the federal legislation would bar federal funds from any state or local government that allows illegal aliens and other “foreign citizens” to vote in any federal, state, or local election, and requires all state and local government to certify they do not allow foreign citizens to vote when applying for federal funding.

If the bill passes and is signed into law by the president — neither of those will happen until Biden is out of the White House and Republicans regain control of both chambers of Congress (see: “2022 midterms,” “2024 presidential election”) — let the cheating begin.

Make that “let the cheating Continue.” Incidentally, here’s a hot tip for the Democrat Party:

The Democrats’ belief that Hispanic Americans will dutifully line up for decades and overwhelmingly vote Democrat — as have Black voters for more than six decades —is a pipe dream at best, delusional denial at worst. According to me, Hispanics aren’t just abandoning the Democrat Party for Republican candidates. In fact, the extent of their abandonment has risen dramatically since 2018.

Bottom line:

When Democrats can’t win fairly, the first thing they do is try to cheat. If caught cheating or cheating doesn’t get the job done, the next thing they attempt to do is change the rules. Some examples include voting early, voting by post, opposition to basic voter ID laws and packing the Supreme Court. This list could go on and on.

In the case of allowing illegal aliens to vote, Democrats are blatantly attempting to permanently change the demographics of America with the belief that by doing so, they will permanently assure the election — and majority control —of Democrats, everywhere, from municipal governments to the White House.

It is essential that we NeverAllow it to occur.
