MSNBC’s Ruhle Ends Show Promoting ’90s George Carlin Clip Trashing Pro-Lifers

Tuesday is The 11th Hour show, pro-abortion MSNBC anchor Stephanie Ruhle concluded the show by promoting an old clip of liberal comedian George Carlin attacking pro-life conservatives which has been popular with liberals in the past couple of days.

The clip features the late Carlin in a standup performance from 1996. He accuses conservatives of failing to care for children once they’re born and declares that they are “anti-woman.” Ruhle was delighted by this.

After a brief commercial break, the last segment began with an unidentified clip in which a woman protests against abortion and rails about its likely overturn. Roe V. Wade“I have been doing this for more than 50 years. I’m used to fighting and arguing and it’s unbelievable that now we are having to go through this again in order to win a right we once had. How dare they remove this right from us?

Ruhle, who then appeared live on the screen and showed the footage of Carlin to viewers, informed them that it was viral on Twitter and had been shared by “dismaye and frustration” at the Supreme Court’s anticipated decision.

Before we leave tonight’s show, let’s say this: “Once born, your’re independent.” When news broke of the strikedown that was about to occur in Roe versus WadeAs the news broke, many people took to Twitter in dismay to express their disappointment. It was the comedian George Carlin’s comedy from 1996 that struck an important, familiar chord. As you can see, Carlin wasn’t one of those people who took no prisoners.

Carlin’s clip began with:These conservatives, oh my goodness, are truly something. All of them are for the unborn. They will do whatever they can to help the unborn. But once you’re born you’re your own..”

The audience then laughed as he held up his blurred-out middle finger, signifying how conservatives felt about children. Continue the clip:

The fetus is their obsession from conception through nine months. They don’t want to hear from you after that. They won’t even want to hear about you. Nothing. No neonatal care, no day care, no Head Start, no school lunch, no food stamps, no welfare, no nothing. You’re fine if your baby is pre-born.

The cartoon showing pro-life lawmakers voting against welfare and Head Start, is not objectionable by “fact checks”.

Carlin then retorted, “They’re pro-life.” What do you think they are? They are anti-woman, which is as simple as it gets. They aren’t interested in them.”

Ruhle was then able to show her approval as she concluded the program: “Tonight’s broadcast is canceled by George Carlin, the late great George Carlin. On that note, I want to wish everyone a wonderful night. From all our colleagues across NBC News networks, we thank you for being up until the early hours. Tomorrow, I will see you all again.”

Xfinity was partially responsible for this hostile attitude towards conservative pro-lifers. This link contains their contact information.
