There’s no such thing as a communist.
You may look at China, North Korea, or Portland and say that I’m wrong and that communists absolutely do exist, but there’s a difference between a person who says they’re a communist and a person that is a communist.
I don’t need to go too far into how communism failed every society that adopted it. If it hasn’t fallen already, it’s mired in corruption, starvation, disease, and violence. The citizens of these countries are afraid of their government and may end up being tortured, imprisoned, or killed if they get angry. Some countries like North Korea won’t just punish you but your family as well. This backward system prevents progress from occurring to great extents. Items we think of as common household products, such as bread and toilet papers are popular on black market countries like Venezuela.
In order to keep their people fed, capitalist nations like America launch rockets to space to return them to Earth. Even communist countries like China that appear to be successful are heavily capitalists when it comes to dealing with foreign countries. However, they rule their own citizens with an iron fist.
People who claim they’re communists say these examples are moot because true communism has never been tried. I’m here to tell you it has, it just can’t be accomplished. It absolutely has been tried, but it didn’t fail because those who attempted to implement didn’t try hard enough, it’s because those who did try it are physically and mentally incapable of pulling it off.
Communism never worked because we’re the wrong species.
Humanity might have the aforementioned space rockets, electric cars, air conditioning, and instant communication from one end of the globe to another but at the end of the day, we’re just smarter apes. Although we can dress up in elegant clothes and follow very nice societal practices, our primitive nature cannot be ignored.
We’re always going to want better than what we have and one of us apes with even half a teaspoon of ambition will strive for it. To attract more mating possibilities, the males of our species will make sure that resource acquisition is a top priority. To raise healthier, more secure offspring, the female of our species naturally attracts fit, competent males.
Our tribe is also tribal and will strive to be better than any other tribe, whether it’s our family or our favorite team in sports.
We will also fight hard to protect what is ours. We’re highly territorial and are known to injure, maim, or kill anyone who encroaches on our territory without permission. Our humanity created laws to protect us from our human natures’ apish tendencies. However, these laws often just serve to fulfill our apish wishes. We wish to punish the wrongdoer, but the law does it for us more fairly…at least most of the time.
The fact that we are advanced apes have not evolved to be compatible with communism is a sign of our inability to accept ambition and selfishness for the common good. This requires that we believe the only tribe that should be concerned is the state, and any other whims of it must be placed above our own. The state does not own our offspring, but they do belong to us. This effectively strips us of one the most important parts of ourselves.
The state can’t naturally enforce these rules so apes will be punished with harsh consequences. It relies on their apish fear and loss of pain and loss as a way to maintain order. This isn’t even mentioning the fact that the state is run by advanced apes that managed to climb a ladder and create their own tribe that rules all the others.
However, even if the cracks are severe, they eventually appear. A rebellion will eventually occur.
If we were hive-minded like ants or bees, then communism would stand a much better chance of working, but we’re not. It’s not possible.
