David Hogg, a gun control activist was taken out of the hearing room by House Judiciary Committee after shouting at legislators.
“Guess what? These guns come from the United States of America. They aren’t coming from Mexico. They’re not from Mexico. You are reiterating the points of a mass shooter, sir,” Hogg said at one point. “Sir, you are perpetuating violence.”
“Stop these things now,” he shouted, as security fully removed the former Good Pillow founder.

Hogg was known for his advocacy of gun control following the Stoneman Douglas High School shooting. He attended Stoneman Douglas High School.
“The guns in Parkland, Buffalo, El Paso, didn’t come from Mexico. They came from the US, and the shooters were inspired by racist, anti-black, anti-immigrant manifestos that rhyme with GOP talking points,” Hogg tweeted, along with a clip of him being tossed out of the hearing.

The 22-year old quickly rose to prominence against gun violence conservative solutions. This has been criticized.

Many Twitter users agreed that the viral moment was a publicity stunt.
