EXCLUSIVE: Communist Linked TikTok Bans, Restores Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America

The Chinese Communist Party-affiliated TikTok “permanently banned” Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America after the Supreme Court on Friday overturned 1973’s landmark Roe v. Wade decision. Later, the platform quietly restored your account. 

Screenshots that Susan B. Anthony Pro-life America (SBA) sent MRC Free Speech America indicate that TikTok “permanently banned” SBA’s account “due to multiple violations of our Community Guidelines.” 

TikTok ignored MRC Free Speech America’s question of which Community Guideline(s) the account violated. Instead, the platform excused the ban, claiming that “the account was restored within a few minutes.”

“It’s a complete lie that our account was only suspended for a few minutes,” SBA Digital and Creative Director Andrew Moore told MRC Free Speech America. He later added that SBA was “unable to post” and that his team “tried to log in multiple times throughout the day Friday and couldn’t get in.” 

Moore also called out TikTok’s “lack of transparency about suspensions” and “lack of communication.” 

SBA’s screenshots indicate that the platform restored the group’s account sometime Friday, though it’s unclear exactly what time. It’s also unclear why an immediate restoration would continue to prevent SBA from logging intoHis account. 

Following the Supreme Court decision to overturn, the app affiliated with Chinese Communist Party (CCP), presented itself pro-abortion. Roe v. WadeThrough its Dobbs v. JacksonFriday’s ruling. “We are committed to ensuring our employees have access to a wide range of medical benefits, including family and reproductive care, no matter where they live,” TikTok Comms tweeted.

TikTok did not ban the SBA organization the first time it happened. However, the account was quickly reinstated.

• After censoring one TikTok video, TikTok banned Live Action. Live Action founder and President Lila Rose tweeted in January 2020: “TikTok has just BANNED & permanently removed Live Action from the platform.” The pro-life organization stated in a blog that TikTok initially claimed it had banned Live Action due to “Community Guidelines violations.” The group said TikTok restored the account a day later, attributing the ban to “human error.” 

• Without explanation, in April the platform had banned Students for Life of America. Students for Life of America stated in an April blog that it was “banned from TikTok for committing multiple violations of the Community Guideline.”‘” The organization noted that the last video that it posted prior to the ban was of SFLA President Kristan HawkinsDebating with a student about abortion. The organization said that it had “no way to appeal,” but the platform later restored SFLA’s account.

SBA, Live Action, SFLA and SFLA all belong to the Free Speech Alliance.
