“That b-tch was dripping in soy.”
Rep. Dan Crenshaw, R-Texas, on Friday took questions from students at Arizona State University, and one young liberal tried to be a hero.
When it was his turn to ask Crenshaw a question, the youth leaned into the microphone and – in a high-pitched quavering voice – alleged that Crenshaw is a Nazi who should be ashamed of his combat service in Afghanistan.

“Uh, TP USA is for Nazis,” he said, referring to the right-wing student group that hosted Crenshaw on campus. “And you should be ashamed of your service in Afghanistan. It was an illegal war of aggression by the United States. You should be ashamed of yourself, not proud of your service.”
As the Phoenix, Arizona, crowd booed, the young man walked quickly away from the mic, head down and backpack flopping. However, he didn’t move fast enough to avoid return fire from Crenshaw, who lost an eye in an IED explosion while fighting the U.S. war in Afghanistan.

“If you have to call somebody a Nazi, it’s a good indicator that you haven’t thought through your argument very well,” said the freshman congressman.
“That was fun, at least we had a little bit of … but get more creative with your insults, man,” he added, rolling his good eye in exasperation. “Like Nazi? C’mon.”

Since joining Congress in January, Crenshaw has proved himself an adept social media warrior, taking on the likes of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif, and Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt.
But in this case, he left the Twitter battle to others. Dozens of conservatives rallied to his defense after TP USA’s Benny Johnson on Saturday tweeted a video of the exchange – which has since been 187,000 times.
Many mocked the young man for fleeing from the field of rhetorical battle.
To me the saddest part of the video is that he storms off like a toddler. He has every right to his opinion, but if you are going to throw accusations at someone you owe that person the opportunity to respond. That’s what a mature person would do. He has no coping skills. Sad.

Others called him a classic “soy boy.”
That b-tch was dripping with soy, I thought he was going to cry.

He was widely deemed unfit to polish the boots of a war hero like Crenshaw.
That ungrateful kid is the strongest argument for mandatory military service. He has no concept of duty or sacrifice. No idea that the solider does what he is ordered to do as long as it is humane.

Nicole Malliotakis, a New York state assemblywoman from Brooklyn, called the young man an “ignorant brat.” She invited her followers to an event with Crenshaw next Saturday to promote her 2020 Republican campaign for U.S. Congress.
Unreal that this ignorant brat told a war hero who did three tours in Afghanistan and lost his eye for this country that he “should be ashamed of his service.” Come meet U.S. Navy Seal and Congressman @DanCrenshawTX in #Brooklyn next Saturday! https://t.co/AFYrSS5EsB https://t.co/Jp8e23xNw9

Malliotakis’s meet-and-greet is scheduled to take place at a venue that may actually be more “dripping in soy” than a typical college campus: a Brooklyn bar.
