The following is the Thursday schedule CBS Evening News took up precious airtime to run a sitdown interview with former First Lady and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on her opinions over the recent leak of the Supreme Court’s draft decision overturning Roe v. Wade.
Anchor Norah O’Donnell hyped the interview by breathlessly announcing the interview is “her first interview since that leaked draft opinion,”Clinton announced that he had warned them “consequences of overturning Roe v. Wade would go beyond abortion rights.”
Once O’Donnell cut to the previously recorded interview, viewers were forced to suffer through Clinton’s shrieking about how wanting to protect the lives of the unborn is “about controlling women”And “turning the clock back on half the population of our country.”
O’Donnell didn’t push back, instead, she asked Clinton if in light of the fact that during the 2016 election “Donald Trump made it clear he would nominate justices who would overturn Roe versus Wade, did you imagine it [Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade] would happen this quickly?”
Clinton insisted that Clinton “warned about it in the campaign”And “could see that the man I was running against would literally do anything to get the votes of the extreme faction of the Republican Party who were willing to totally upend precedent and deny women their rights.”
Trotz her warnings, she accepted “it’s hard to warn in the abstract” because people didn’t believe the Supreme Court would be willing to overturn Roe.
Clinton returned to the infamous, shrill-angry screaming she made so dislikeable
This is a dark opinion. This is dangerous and not only about women’s rights to make their own decisions. This is much more. People need to be aware of their responsibilities. Because only the voters can decide if they want to stand for all Americans’ rights.
There was no pushback from O’Donnell, who just sat there and nodded her head while listening to Clinton rant incoherently like a homeless person.
Clinton ended by warning that if the Supreme Court does indeed overturn Roe v. Wade, it won’t end with abortion, she claimed “any American who says, ‘look, I’m not a woman. This doesn’t affect me. This doesn’t mean I am not black. I’m not gay, that doesn’t affect me.’ Once you allow this kind of extreme power to take hold, you have no idea who they will come for next.”
This interview surely reminded voters why she lost to former President Trump in one of the most stunning upsets in American presidential history and almost lost the Democratic nomination to a seventy-four-year-old socialist from Vermont. Her own party can’t even stand her. Norah O’Donnell isn’t much better for enabling Hillary’s insane ramblings.
Roman was able to make this softball interview with Hillary Clinton possible. The following information has been linked.

Eastern at 6:35 p.m.NORAH O’DONNELL: Earlier today, we sat down with former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for her first interview since that leaked draft opinion. Her comments on Roe v. Wade’s consequences go far beyond the rights of abortion.
HILLARY CLINTON – This is all about women controlling. This is about turning the clocks back on half of our nation’s population.
O’DONNELL: In the 2016 campaign, Donald Trump made it clear he would nominate justices who would overturn Roe versus Wade. You could not have imagined it happening so fast.
CLINTON – I was very clear about this during the campaign. It was clear to me that my opponent would do whatever it took to win the support of an extreme group of Republicans who are willing to uproot precedents and deprive women of their rights. This is why I was adamant about it. It’s difficult to predict in the abstract. Many people will say “That won’t happen.” That will not happen. This is an ugly opinion. This opinion is extremely dangerous. It’s not about the woman’s freedom to choose. This is much more. And that is what I want people to be aware of.
The only way to find out is by going to the polls and electing people who will fight for all Americans’ rights. This doesn’t affect me. This doesn’t mean I’m black. I’m not gay, that doesn’t affect me.” Once you allow this kind of extreme power to take hold, you have no idea who they will come for next.
