Boebert Busts Biden and Dems at SOTU on What COVID Hypocrites They’ve Been – Opinion

Joe Biden spoke Tuesday night about the State of the Union.

But he didn’t do it unchallenged as I previously reported. When Joe Biden failed to even mention the 13 members of the American military who were killed in Afghanistan during Biden’s debacle of a withdrawal, Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) couldn’t contain herself, shouting out “13 of them” when Biden referred to “flag-draped coffins” but not to the 13 dead.

The left is pissed because I called out Biden’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan that left 13 of America’s finest in a flag-draped coffin.

They are mad because a speech was “interrupted”.

Ask those who have lost loved ones what disruptions their lives were like now.

Boebert was also part of the “Build the wall” chant I reported last night – along with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) – after Joe Biden claimed that “we need to secure our border.”

Biden claimed that he had done everything to secure the border, but he has not. He destroyed all of the Trump-approved measures that had been in place. The materials to construct the wall were even left lying around, without any of the components that had been ordered. To pretend that he is concerned about border security at this stage, is pure deceit. Biden would be dissuaded by the record-breaking number of illegal aliens that have entered this country.

While media then chastised Boebert for speaking out, they didn’t call out Biden for his failures to care enough about Americans to protect them, both in Afghanistan and with the border.

However, Boebert also nailed Biden on another failing of his SOTU – the whole COVID hypocrisy that they had in place. The Democrats claimed that an evolving science allowed them drop mask-wearing within the House right in time to the SOTU. It was funny how it worked, but they kept Congress members from having their guests inside the chamber. Jill Biden still had the option to have her guests. The Rules for Thee but Not For Me came back to bite them again. While they relaxed the masks, they didn’t relax the social distancing rules of where people were supposed to be sitting in the chamber. Boebert then observed how absurdly they behaved when the speeches were over after the cameras had stopped.

So what was the point to the social distancing during the speech, if they – including Biden and Pelosi – were just going to congregate in a big crowd together anyway? The American people were the only ones performing. It’s so false. Their COVID-restricted approach to conservatism and hypocrisy has been marked by their lack of common sense. These Democrats are so naive and hypocritical, how can anyone be trusted?

What this all comes down to is they have an election in November and they know that they need to flip their positions on many of the issues that Americans are unhappy about – COVID, inflation, and crime, among others. But it’s a bit late, as even the CNN instant poll is indicating, things are even sliding away with Democrats, no matter how much some of the media tried to spin the speech.
