Democrats do everything they can to avoid the terrible inflation that just reached new highs. The Jan. 6 Committee was their hope. But that isn’t going over so well. Now, we know we’ve had a lot of Jan. 6 coverage, but before I head off for more salient things, I couldn’t help but comment on the reaction of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (Delusional-NY).
AOC was teary, saying on Instagram she was “so angry” having to “relive that footage.” Her Instagram post said, “I’m shaking all over again.” “We were trapped on the campus with no way out.”
“On a personal level, I wasn’t expecting it to feel like this,” AOC had written out on her Instagram video. “But that’s how trauma works, right? You think you’re good. Now, many of those sensations that were felt on that day are back in my skin, muscle, and bones. The entire body is DONE. But we all have tools to handle moments like these: breath, mindfulness, etc.”
This video was posted by AOC on Twitter.
All praise to the Lord. You can feel it all coming back to your body. It’s like it’s that day all over again. #January6thCommitteeHearings pic.twitter.com/5iOrrRLYAI

“Good Lord. It all comes back to the body in a rush. It’s like it’s that day all over again,” AOC declared.
Except, as we know, there’s a small problem with all this — that she wasn’t in the Capitol building at the time, she was in her office, in the Cannon Office Building, about a half a mile away. Her “experience” allegedly consisted of claiming she was frightened by a police officer who came to evacuate her to another building. She wasn’t “trapped” by anyone, much less with “no way out.” She even smeared the officer who came to help her, claiming he was dealing with her with all this “anger and hostility.” As Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) who had a nearby office noted, there were no rioters near their office hall. AOC had an emotional meltdown, and Mace was brave enough to expose her story.
Below is a quote from another Representative.
Video evidence from Fox 5 DC News on Jan 6th shows secure location where police cleared the building for those from Alexandria Ocasio Cortez’ office area in the Canon House Office Building. Video shows calm, no panic or danger—a very different situation than what @AOC conveys. pic.twitter.com/Q9ftzIr3mj

But AOC’s story is still evolving. This new section suggests that AOC knew of the imminent riot.
‘This was planned. I was notified so many times leading to this date. I was told to wear plain clothing. People telling me that I would be a target. Let’s also dispense with this myth it was poor people. They had their own private planes and were staying in nice hotels. After dinner, they went to happy hour. They were well-equipped. They wanted the Speaker and Vice President of the House.
Private jets? Really? Did she know more about the FBI and Capitol Police than her? This is fascinating. She should share even more.
Oh, and by the way, where’s that camera footage?
Oh, hey, about that… @RedStateA FOIA request was made for security camera footage captured outside your office as well as outside Rep. Katie Porter’s. What is the reason it has been kept secret for sixteen months? https://t.co/LUsypVXUE8

Good question, right?
