The hospital first reported that six people had been stabbed, but corrected the number in a recent statement.

“Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare received five patients from the incident, not six as initially reported. One patient is in serious condition; two patients are in fair condition; and two patients are in good condition,” CNN reported according to a statement from the hospital.

The victims are at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare. Danielle Buchanan, a spokeswoman, said that they are evaluating them, according to USA Today.

“They are currently being evaluated by our medical team. We will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available,” Buchanan said.

One stabbing victim was at Dyke Industries for a job interview, according to USA Today. Bobby Riggins Jr. was on the phone with his wife, Marquitta Cambell, when he was stabbed.

“The next thing I know, he said, ‘Baby. I’ve been stabbed five times,’” Campbell said. “‘I’ve been stabbed.’”
