A woman who drunkenly killed a 35-year-old man riding a motorcycle will only serve two days in jail for the crime, the Associated Press reported last week.
Alexandra Eslinger, who has a previous conviction for DUI on her record, plead guilty in January to homicide and driving under the influence in the July 2017 death of Jesus Navarro-Gonzalez.
In addition to the two day jail sentence, Eslinger will serve five days of house arrest and a year of probation.

According to police, Eslinger turned into a parking lot and caused the crash that killed Navarro-Gonzalez. She had a blood alcohol content of .102, well above the legal limit of .08.
Eslinger will also have to complete a drug and alcohol rehabilitation program. The sentence includes a provision that will force her to serve one year in jail if she violates the terms of her probation.
